Zero stars, walked in with my son and his friend tonight. My son is only 18 his friend is18 years old. Lady behind counter greeted us, I told her I'm there to buy a water pipe. She was going to show us one when some other random guy hiding at the rear of the shop on his cell phone piped up ( no pun intended) and said how old are you 2? They said 18. He then says we cant sell you one unless you 21. They said ok and turned and kept looking at the water pipes with me. Then he gets stern/rude stands up and says "no you both need to wait outside". I say he's my son the guy doesn't care. They say "oh ok you said we couldn't buy one we were confused", so they turned and left without even a hint of disrespect and they apologized about the misunderstanding. Then I turn to look at the pipes and I say yea I was going to buy one for my son.. He says " OH NOW YOU SAID IT!! YOU NEED TO LEAVE WERE NOT SELLING YOU ANYTHING!!" (But he's excited about it is the weird thing). I Turned and looked at the pipes for a second he says "NOW, THIS IS MY STORE" (approaching me kinda aggressively) LOL I said ok you cant sell me a pipe, can I look? He says "No, GET OUT NOW". LOL On the way out I said I assure you you aren't the owner.. He says yes I am as I walked out the door. He didn't act like a owner didn't talk like an owner wasn't presenting himself like a owner should. Real simple sorry SIR we cant sell you a pipe now cause you said you were going to buy one for someone else, I'm sorry that's the law. But feel free to look around were just not selling you a tobacco product. WOW was that difficult?? Apparently it was, he was completely unprofessional. Not even management material let alone owner material GEEZZZ NO need to throw me out of the store. Owner has a huge chip on his shoulder. I would stay away from this place if your someone who thinks a owner of a business needs to be professional and respectful towards people and customers and shouldn't go on a random unprovoked power trip STAY AWAY. Finally a smoke shop in this area that's well lit (pun intended), clean, and organized. No ghetto vibes here. Great selection of pipes and other smoking accessories here. Best of was the salesperson didn't seem stoned unlike other places I've been too and was knowledgeable and friendly when I asked some questions. read more

I heard about this new shop through a friend that suggested it to me. I was very impressed with this place. It's super nice and has a very up-scale appeal to it. It's far from the usual dark, sometimes raunchy, typical smoke shops. The customer service is GREAT! Everyone was really nice and helped me with all my needs! Only smoke shop I go too. Everything is pretty fair in price. The staff is really chill and fun to talk to.

I have been waiting for a decent smoke shop to open in my area and was blown away with this one when they opened. Wonderful customer service, they had everything I could want/need. Very helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. The staff is so friendly and helpful and had some great suggestions for me. I'd recommend this smoke shop to anyone who wants a defective product, and to be refused a refund/exchange the next day because the idiot behind the counter doesn't know how to work the register. I drove an hour out of my way to hear an employee say they couldn't do their job. High Society teach your monkeys how to use the register before you hire them. read more
