Two Years of Loyalty Wiped Out - Zero Support Response!! I…read moream writing this review as a last resort because every other channel--in-store visits, phone calls, support emails, and even providing my information to HR--has resulted in zero follow-up. I have been a loyal customer at Vape City for two years, ALWAYS saving my rewards points. On March 22nd, I confirmed with a staff member in-store that I had a balance of over $200. I used a portion of those points for a purchase that day; however, when I got home the vape did not work and that is when all the trouble began. While the guy I spoke with eventually located my account after a call to someone else, the account has since vanished entirely. I am now being told the system cannot find any record of my phone number or my two years of accrued points. Please note they changed/updated their "systems". The Facts: Verified Balance: Confirmed in-store on March 22nd as being over $200. Due Diligence: I have contacted support, visited the store multiple times, and spoke with HR. The Result: No one has contacted me, and the only "solution" offered was a staff member telling me, "Hopefully they find your rewards." "Hopefully" isn't a business solution for missing funds. I have spent a significant amount of money at this establishment over the last 24 months, and I expect my account and the rewards I earned to be restored. I am looking for a manager or corporate representative to reach out and resolve this immediately.

I work really close by, so this place is super convenient and they are always very professional and helpful. The owner is a younger guy that obviously understands what customer service is all about. Him and his employees go above and beyond. You should give them a try, I bet you'll come back!! They have tons of flavors and good mods as testers...which can be an issue if the testers are a lesser unit than what you're using. I've referenced the style of personal service him and his guys give in my own meetings to my employees. That in itself should say something.

Went to my new favorite place and lo and behold. I just was able to change the tank along with the fact that I was able to get money back on my cartridges that were unused. This is it self saving me from having to purchase a new mod and tank. That is a huge plus. These people are so knowledgeable on their tanks, mods& cartridges of what everything in their store I am never ever disappointed. I am extremely proud of this. family owned knowledgeable place. It is my only go to place in Katy Texas, the customer service is outstanding it's above and beyond of what you would expect these people take extreme pride of their knowledge of their products, swaps availability on their mods that they sell, which is a huge plus so you don't have to buy a new mod when you just need a new tank possibly. It's just a wonderful wonderful family owned place. Very proud to refer this place to friends& family.
