Great shop, large selection, and helpful staff. Workers were very helpful and incredibly pleasant to interact with. Hayden and Trey helped me out greatly as a first timer at this store. Lots of stores in this area seem to always be sold out or overpriced when you need stuff, but they were well stocked with everything I was looking for. Amazing Store! Great selection and the staff was very knowledgable. I don't know what the other person was talking about this store does not sell clones, i actually wanted to buy one but all their stuff is from the manufacturer with full warranty. i'm not sure if they used to sell clones but they definitely do not anymore, i did want to save money by getting a clone but the lady behind the counter convinced me it would be better to have full warranty where the manufacturer will actually take care of me because they can't take anything back as a return for health reasons. read more

Very poor service as they sold me a box mod that broke within the the first 10 hours I had it. Purchased a Tesla 160W TC that said Metal Box and it was a clone. Returned to the shop to attempt to receive a refund or the very least a credit for the shop. Employee contacted the manager named Rahul and he was very rude and hung up on us. Said he could do nothing and to contact the manufacturer. Poor experience after buying multiple times and sending many people their way. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend for anyone . Overpriced and shady business . Won't be returning to this dump. read more

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! My roommates and I have bought at least 7 different pieces from here and all of them have BROKEN WITHIN A MONTH. The first couple of times I just thought I was being clumsy but when the 4th piece that I bought broke I stopped buying from them. And then when my roommates still bought stuff from them and there pieces broke I knew it was just very poorly made. Don't waste your money one them. read more

First off lemme just say that I have spent literally thousands of dollars here. Today I went into the store and bought a 30$ wax pen. After turning it on and attempting to use it the button got stuck shut and would not stop heating the pen. I immediately came back to exchange it and they refused. Seriously? I ran across this place by accident when I was getting my hair cut next door. Let me tell you about my experience. When I first walked in no one was even around. after about 10 minutes a lady came out of the back and completely ignores me, so I tell her I have some questions. I start asking about some of the products in the store and notice the low quality in lots of there products. The sales lady was trying very hard to make me buy something and even lied to me about some of the stuff in the store to try and make me buy it. Finally she talks me in to buying a Magic Flight Box vaporizer claiming that it is top quality product with warranty and offering a discount. The vaporizer broke in less then a week. when I contacted the store they told me I would have to talk to the manufacturer for the warranty. So I called the manufacturer and they asked for the serial # off the back. There was no serial number on the vaporizer and the associate on the phone asked me to send pictures to Magic Flight so she could tell me whether it would be under warranty. Being that I was already feeling funny about the situation, it came to no surprise when she came back and told me it was fake and could not be warrantied. So I called the store and asked for my money back because I was lied to and was sold a fake product. They told me all sales are final and hung up on me. The manufacturer warned me about shops like this that sale fake products of very low quality and told me the best thing they could suggest is to leave reviews so the public was informed. Magic Flight also ended up feeling bad for me and had me send them the fake and they gave me a REAL Magic Flight vaporizer at a discount ( which if I may say works awesome. I just wanted to warn about my experience before someone else had this problem. There are many good honest shops in this area and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I warn anybody that runs across this shop to beware. After doing investigations I found out there are numerous other complaints on this shop also. BUYER BEWARE read more
