I figured with it being around and then after Christmas it may take some time but no one responded. Another week went by and I sent another email inquiring when I could expect it but still no response. I then sent an email asking if I could get a list of locations they ship to (I am an out of state customer, the website didn't mention shipping limitations but I figured maybe that was a factor). I finally got a response from an iPhone but it only said, "what state are you shipping to", nothing else. It was a bit unprofessional to me but I sent what state and then didn't hear anything else. I kind of assumed I had been scammed but a few days later I got a shipping notification. Cool, fine, I'm not that pressed as long as I got my paid product. My package came but now I see it's not what I ordered. Very annoying. I could have overlooked the lackluster customer service, but then to see that I wasn't sent what I bought on top of it maybe me write this review. Not sure if it's worth it to email again to say my order was wrong when no one answers anyway.

Everything we order was fresh and fantastic! My husband raved about the potato salad being the best he's ever had. My daughter loved the broccoli cheddar soap (which says a lot from a kid) and my chicken salad was great! All our meals came with chips + chocolate covered strawberries- nice added touch! The staff members who helped me, Liz and Austin, were so knowledgeable of their products and helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for.
