We are now ripping up the new floors and cutting open walls. None of the plumbing was vented properly, toilets didn't have floor flanges (just wax rings sitting on the pipe) and the sewer was not even tied into the sewer line (they tied it into an old iron boiler line so it was just trapped in a capped off pipe in the cellar). Nothing about what they did was correct, and now we are losing thousands of dollars in repairs and business closure. I should also mention that another local company, Randall's Plumbing, was originally hired to do the work and they subbed the job to Danny Down the Road, so both companies should be approached with extreme caution.
