Inside is small, but the displays and items chosen to put on sale have so much care put into them and an array of nice, beachy colors. The shop offers many products that reflect a part of the Rehoboth Beach community, but it still keeps things classy. I typically avoid souvenir shops, but a friend introduced me to this place and I am in love with the place now. Staff is friendly here and they understand how to make sure that your item is in working order and we checked things before I took off with them.

Instead of helping us, he became very aggressive and repeatedly squeezed the NeeDoh right in our faces while saying, "There is nothing wrong with it." He was practically yelling at us, even though the toy clearly had a hole. The way he spoke to us and handled the situation was very unprofessional and disrespectful. It was a very disappointing customer service experience.

I was shopping for a birthday gift for an older relative but wasn't sure what to get exactly. Paul one of the owners was so helpful with suggestions but at the same time, I never felt pressured. I did select something and he boxed and wrapped it too. He was so friendly and I spoke with him for at least an hour. We were able to spot some of the selection from the window. This store had a wide selection and everything was labeled and sorted into different bins. Labels felt easy to read and were printed out. Organization was great, easy to follow and didn't look like things were out of place (which can happen when haphazardly sorting through them). Store looked clean and when we went in it wasn't too crowded so there was room to move around the store. We purchased some Yooperlite and the sales associate showed us they have a corner dedicated to black light. In that area you could see exactly what crystals of that nature how they react before you purchase them. They also helped my boyfriend pick out a nice Geode we could crack open at home and clearly explained the pricing on it. We opened it at home and it looked beautiful! Customer service was fabulous. My boyfriend was very eager to chat about rocks and the sales associate seemed very knowledgeable and engaging with him when though my boyfriend was probably a little too overexcited. Everything was priced fairly and upon checkout the sales associate put each item neatly into individual bags with a card explaining their backgrounds. We bought some larger breakable stones that sales associate kindly wrapped and sealed each of those for the trip home. We are so excited to add our purchases to our collection! We loved the Geode and it's now on display in our home! We would love to come back here!
