We had only left the store a few minutes earlier before noticing that it had a hole in it, so we returned to ask if we could exchange it for one that wasn't damaged. Instead of helping us, he became very aggressive and repeatedly squeezed the NeeDoh right in our faces while saying, "There is nothing wrong with it." He was practically yelling at us, even though the toy clearly had a hole. The way he spoke to us and handled the situation was very unprofessional and disrespectful. It was a very disappointing customer service experience.

I was shopping for a birthday gift for an older relative but wasn't sure what to get exactly. Paul one of the owners was so helpful with suggestions but at the same time, I never felt pressured. I did select something and he boxed and wrapped it too. He was so friendly and I spoke with him for at least an hour. I also love how with most stones they give you a little card with a little description about your stone (as of writing this). The Sea Shell Shop is advertising NeeDoh for sale but the product they are selling is counterfeit…read moreand not actually NeeDoh. My 12 yr old fell for their scam. When we tried to return it, they insisted on store credit only. We insisted they only sell authentic branded product. Owner refused so we are escalating with DE Dept of Consumer Protection and encourage others to do the same. Way to rip off kids!
