We came in for Pokémon cards and ended up having a pleasant conversation for over half an hour! The store is priced very well and I bought an assortment of cards to add to my collection. We ended up going to the store three times during the week just to chat with the woman working there! This is my first ever review but this store deserves it. I will definitely continue to shop here every year :) Can't wait for Spring Break 2027!!

With their fun music playing and the friendly service, you can't go wrong. It's a fun place for kids and teens too. It's right on the boardwalk, I definitely suggest stopping in. The prices are really reasonable too, which is why this store makes for good souvenirs. They have candy that's super cheap and some more expensive items as you dive deeper into the store. I left with some fun mints and cute mugs. Worth the stop!

The main street leading up to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk is filled with stores and restaurants…read more So many that it can feel overwhelming. So many that you may miss a gem amongst them. Sometimes, you also just need to pop in to get away from the crowd outside. I was walking for a while and came upon the storefront. The windows drew me in, plus I was in need of a good, new book to read. I came in and had no idea how large this place really was from the outside. I wandered around inside until I found the sections I wanted to be in. I browsed for a bit, jumping from section to section. I had one book in mind and was out to find it. Unfortunately, the book was not yet released. I had to ask where it was. That's when the staff were super nice and told me the date. I thanked them for the information, and was about to leave. That is until I saw an amazing tote behind the counter that had a print from the my favorite book when I was little. 'The Monster at the End of the Book' I thought the tote was just one sided, having Grover saying 'You turned the page.' Only to come and discover that when you turned it to the other side it has him saying 'You turned ANOTHER page.' Quickly became my new favorite tote to take with me.

Perfect place right near the beach, the place was large, overwhelming, vibrant with a lot to see and choose. Selection ranged from candy bars, bulk candy, gourmet chocolate store candy, and other unique sweets. The owner was a pleasure to chat with, and I could see the place busy during peak season.

The one we visited in Rehoboth Beach, DE was one of the most gorgeous, eye catching, incredible displays of color I've seen in a while. Their design team deserves a Pulitzer Prize for stagecraft. They have candies and chocolates and sodas of every description, plus clothing, souvenirs, and some really cute toys. We had a blast wandering through their displays before we picked up two dolphin stuffies for the grand kids, a Snickers covered chocolate pretzel, and a Rehoboth Beach bumper sticker for under $18. Sugar Planet was quite an amazing place to visit.

Another random discovery in Rehoboth that delighted me upon it's discovery…read more I was pulled over to pick up my wife from a nice restaurant across the street (DRIFT) and saw the words GAME ON to my left and a Playstation 2 logo in the window. I immediately thought: "The wife can drink more so I gotta check that out!!" after finding so many fun retro toy and gadget stores in the area the past couple years. As a video game afficionado, i have traveled and stumbled upon many a retro video game store and suffice to say I was not disappointed. A very well organized store with a deep variety of games , consoles (hello 3DO), and accessories for all of them. Definitely some very rare items that impressed even my jaded gamer soul. I was happily surprised to see a Rock Band guitar setup on a PS2 in the back to demo/play and a Xbox 360 kiosk with a sonic for my son to sample while i browsed. I particularly loved the Gaming Guide shelf. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable that I wish I'd had more time. Adding this store to my must visit list whenever I'm down to the beach.
