This establishment has changed and is no longer the one I initially reviewed. The staff was dismissive to the point of rudeness. No one seemed to make any effort to assist me in making a purchase to suit my needs. The decor is like a Pot Stop (Head Shop) rather than a serious retail business. endeavor. The music was excessive in foul language (we're talkin' F word here - in abundance) and loud. Staff members present seemed more interested in singing along with the music, talking to each other, and just messing around. If you are over 40 (or whatever the magic age is), you will probably be either ignored or uncomfortable. Seriously. I went in with plenty of spending power and walked out with zero product. Very disappointing after prior experiences here. It was formerly, "Have a Heart." Now it's just 'cheap thrills' with none of the class and zero helpfulness. read more

This place is still great but it was better. I went there last year three times and it was more pleasant. This time around I am a bit more not as interested in their deal and to think of how much they charged is not bad once you break it down. The problem is the tax. The tax came out almost as much as the products. I am not a smoker and I enjoy seeing my husband happiness. His eyes just lid up when he see what options he have. Like a little fat kid in a candy stores. But to him too this time was not feeling it. The staff are still nice and very much helpful. I wish that they would still carried more stuff. Especially pre rolled with a better deal. Also bring back the soda for the way out complimentary drinks. It's refreshing to have anything to drink but soda have that special quench on a hot day. Not too many dispensaries in this area, so the hours make this place convenient. The people who work there are all very friendly. However, the prices have gone up so much. Granted, the brands are higher end, they are way more expensive than other cities. Still, I accepted that this is an inconvenience of living in the valley and continued to shop. What is totally unacceptable is the "free" delivery service. I placed an order for about $80, was charged for delivery and taxes totaling $104. Yikes. Still, it's a service and I understand that. The order is placed at noon. The info says the driver leaves at 2pm. Ok. I live 30 minutes away. 3pm comes, then 4. I call and am told the driver should be there by 5:15. No messages, no confirmation text. I did not plan on staying home all day on my day off to wait on a delivery. I thought the whole point of convenience would shave some time off my schedule. 5:30 comes, no driver, no messages. I call again. The girl says it will be there at 6:15, and doesn't know why I was told 5:15. The driver showed up at 7pm! My entire day was spent waiting for a delivery that was supposed to save me time! I loved this place! I walked in here 4/20 before closing and I was greeted politely with no idea what I was going to expect. There were deals at the time because of 4/20 but everything seemed so organized and very nice. I also got a free gram on the house for the night and I was so happy! They also had merch on the side that actually looked pretty clean. The employees inside were awesome in my opinion and were very helpful. "Oh baby you, you got what I need!" Yup awesome selection of quality products and great service. Whether its flower, edibles or concentrates they have the best choices in the valley. I mostly have it delivered but have been out to the store once also and all great experiences. Only complaint would be to please try and refrigerate chocolate edibles during hot summer months. Garbage! Stay away horrible service! Second time this has happened to me. I placed an order in the morning then the snobby female driver (the guy is cool) calls me and leaves a voice mail informing me to call her back to confirm my order or else she cannot deliver n she will be leaving in 20 minutes mind you she didn't leave a return number to contact her but I still called them back 2-3 minutes time and she was already gone? I am very old school.So to see so many different products in the the high quality packaging and Top shelf lineage.And very very pleasing to consume or just enjoy a platinum inhale of the most pleasant aromatics.
