I had high hopes for shop honestly I regret it I ubered to work back n forth spending well over 700 thinking it was gonna be done even committed to drop car off to let them fix it again and again they said I needed new gears and I should've spent the money when they wanted me to they're also really good for guilt tripping you after they did something you didn't ask them . I called beforehand to get an idea of how much an alignment would be there + described my issue. I stopped in about 45 minutes later. They quickly took my car in and started inspecting the issue I was referring to. One of my favorite things was that I was taken back to see the problem for myself. (I also saw them do this for another customer). I was also sent a picture of the part that was removed. I had called multiple places the day before and day of and they gave me the lowest price! I waited about 2 hours (my issue was complex). However, I noticed the other people waiting/coming in were quickly serviced and they were in and out! 10/10 experience! :)
