I dropped off my car trying to get a service done they told me it was the torch converter at first…read morethey said they would further diagnose Transmission the price was a bit far catch he ain't wanna do exactly what I preferred so when I wanted to back out and go else where he told me I have a total price to pay for them taking it apart and I mean took my entire transmission down without my complete consent or knowledge claiming that I signed a paper when I dropped it off after I told them specifically not to do anything until we had a understanding on what was gonna be done bc I was on a budget after I didn't wanna replace the gears for an extra 1,400 from the initial price off 1,200 for doing torch and rear main seal and after putting my transmission together they wasn't able to get it started having to replace the tcm I wasn't giving a receipt or anything where it came from .after everything being done the transmission is now leaking it wasn't prior to me bringing it and I'm stilling have a transmission issue I didn't have before he claims it's because my gears are worn but I already had a none leaking transmission when I had a problem in first place . I had high hopes for shop honestly I regret it I ubered to work back n forth spending well over 700 thinking it was gonna be done even committed to drop car off to let them fix it again and again they said I needed new gears and I should've spent the money when they wanted me to they're also really good for guilt tripping you after they did something you didn't ask them . It's almost as if I got a uncertified mechanic work done on my car and this whole process took months. I'll be filling law suit bc I definitely feel like I was taking advantage off.

(I am a young woman…read moreand yall know how we can take taken advantage of at car shops alone) I went in knowing I needed an alignment + that something was bent and needing to be fixed so it would not be your average alignment. I called beforehand to get an idea of how much an alignment would be there + described my issue. I stopped in about 45 minutes later. They quickly took my car in and started inspecting the issue I was referring to. One of my favorite things was that I was taken back to see the problem for myself. (I also saw them do this for another customer). I was also sent a picture of the part that was removed. I had called multiple places the day before and day of and they gave me the lowest price! I waited about 2 hours (my issue was complex). However, I noticed the other people waiting/coming in were quickly serviced and they were in and out! 10/10 experience! :)
