The first and second time they fixed the leaks in a timely manner. This last time, I sent them the $250 deposit. The roofer said the leak was because of the poor flashing around the chimney. He was told by his supervisor that it was covered under the warranty and my $250 would be returned. He asked if I would like to spend an additional $150 to have some nails sealed in other parts of the roof. I agreed. He told me that someone would call me to arrange the painting and sheetrock repair on the inside. No call. I received an email saying my leak was not covered. I called the office. They said someone would have to get back to me. (Sound familiar?). I communicated that I would begin sending in reviews so others would be aware of their quality of work and warranty integrity.
