Got to meet the manager Gerry, super nice! Definitely my go to shop from now on I lived in Austin for a long time in the shop definitely is ran smoothly, the people are very nice, and the quality is amazing! Reminds me of Austin! Do yourself a favor and visit this store! Directions are a little funky but call ahead and they will help you out read more

DO NOT GO HERE! They will rip you off on literally any of the products they have to offer. Got sold a chromium crusher grinder for 45$ & shortly after my purchase was shown by my friend that they are sold around 15$ pretty much anywhere . Then they sold me a dugout that had very weird blue powder all around the inside of the storage unit that smelled like chemicals & the dugout costed literally 35! (Its just a blue wooden dugout probably cost 5$ anywhere else). Customer service is always quiet & rude, & im pretty sure they have sold me other things for 30$+ retail value that I am still not aware of but they will definetly never have me or my friends business again. read more

Biggest assholes I've run into. Crappy selection with half the "shelves" bare. If you forgot what to pick up and use your cell phone in here... Expect them to be assholes and run you out. 42 degrees up the road is so much better with much more selection and some damn customer service. My friends and I will not go back... Ever. read more

The Dickinson shop is well stocked and young college student knowledgeable, helpful. The sister HTZ shop is a dump staffed by slacker teen on cellphone. Disappointed that the clear lake store wanted ridiculously high retail price for open box, obviously used tank. Crazy ask price for notch coils. Bought some juice for their time but won't go back. read more

He already had the replacement ready. He was kind, courteous and apologized for the item being broken. There was also a huge note on the door that stated to please open your packages before leaving. It was in plain sight so there should be no confusion. So my conclusion is that no one was trying to get the better of me. They replaced the broken vape with another. This was not the "employees" fault. (It never was to begin with.) I will be back if and when I'm in the area. This place is awful! Went to my car to open vape and put it in the battery and it looked like oil mixed with water. The owner wasn't going to replace it because I hadn't opened it in the store. Had no idea I COULD do that. He blames the guy who helped me and replaces it. I get home and this one is broken. Unusable! Spent money on crap! DO not do business with these people. It's highway robbery. I will also let anyone else who is getting into CBD know as well. I'm not some 19 yr old kid out for a high. I'm a grown adult looking to ease pain and anxiety. I went in to be educated and came out with NOTHING I can even use.

They both were very knowledgeable and helped to interpret a pattern that I was sent via email. I bought some really colorful, cute fabric for a scrub cap project that I'm working on. It also called for grosgrain ribbon which they don't sell (it is a quilt shop, after all). I asked where I might be able to find some and they suggested Hobby Lobby and even gave me directions on how to get there! I'm only in the area for a couple of weeks but if I lived here and seriously wanted to take up quilting, this would be my go-to shop! Local quilters and crafters, please support this terrific fabric shop! It's a gem!
