Update: I went back into this establishment yesterday to replace the broken item I received. The same young man who helped me the day prior was behind the counter. He already had the replacement ready. He was kind, courteous and apologized for the item being broken. There was also a huge note on the door that stated to please open your packages before leaving. It was in plain sight so there should be no confusion. So my conclusion is that no one was trying to get the better of me. They replaced the broken vape with another. This was not the "employees" fault. (It never was to begin with.) I will be back if and when I'm in the area. This place is awful! Went to my car to open vape and put it in the battery and it looked like oil mixed with water. The owner wasn't going to replace it because I hadn't opened it in the store. Had no idea I COULD do that. He blames the guy who helped me and replaces it. I get home and this one is broken. Unusable! Spent money on crap! DO not do business with these people. It's highway robbery. I will also let anyone else who is getting into CBD know as well. I'm not some 19 yr old kid out for a high. I'm a grown adult looking to ease pain and anxiety. I stopped in here not exactly sure what I came in for, as I'm from out of town and needed a little herbal relaxation in general. After talking to the girl with the partially green hair (I wish I had asked her name but I forgot, she's super nice & extremely knowledgeable) I got some excellent flower & super cute pink cones, a pre-roll and some delta-8 gummies (10/10 would recommend, these are amazing & delicious, it's so hard to not eat the whole thing at once!) The prices here are great, too! Back home this probably would have cost me closer to $100 and I didn't even spend $50 here. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town! read more

Ok so the prices are good the quality and quantity is good there friendly as can be they will help you but honestly there's not enough vape stuff in there there needs to be more vape less glass and all that cause it's not gonna sell much Santa Fe is more of a vape community than anything else walking in there seeing all the other stuff and not a lot of vape stuff makes me sad and kinda sickens me. read more
