He was so kind and professional and sat and explained everything to me so thoroughly. Usually people do not say that they had a great time at the dentist, but I had a blast. The staff....each and every one of them were just very down-to-earth and kind. Not a frown in the office. I only waited for about 10 mins after checking in. The lobby was immaculate and smelled wonderful. Oh, what I loved too was that you park and the door is right there. No hunting for the location and wandering around like a mad person in this heat. It was very easy to get to. So anyway.... I was taken back to the room, which was not closed off yet private enough that I did not feel the whole office was looking in my mouth. His assistant (Orianna...I remember the Anna part..sorry girl) asked me what brought me in and I explained all of my concerns. She made me feel comfortable with being really honest with her about my issues. She took x-rays and was super conversational in the process which continued to help calm my jitters. The doctor came in and ran a thorough review of my mouth and my x-rays. All I know is, the last dentist I visited was not as detailed with a game plan on how to get me back to 100%. He broke everything down in layman's terms. I was able to understand the what and the why to get us to a final outcome that we both would be happy with. I appreciate how willing they were to take the time to explain everything to me. I left with no unanswered questions and future appointments have been booked. I have already referred a close friend, and I am sure she will keep the trend after she visits with Dr. M and his team. I have not been so optimistic on my oral health in a long time. Unfortunately, the quality of care and customer service has declined drastically. A bridge placed in 2019 failed and fell out, and instead of taking responsibility, the office manager blamed me and demanded $2,000 upfront for a replacement -- contradicting their own written policy stating only 50% is due up front. When I confronted them with the signed paperwork, they backtracked, calling it a "mistake." Appointments were canceled four times for a permanent crown after my temporary was placed in July. The office staff -- especially Renata -- were unprofessional, dismissive, and dishonest. I've now requested my records and am seeking a second opinion. Depending on that outcome, I will consider legal options. I caution others to avoid this practice -- especially if you expect accountability or long-term care.

The staff is personable, the initial check up visit was straightforward and I didn't at all feel like they were trying to up-sell me. The dentist is probably the nicest one I've ever encountered. My husband and I both work in healthcare and I know what it's like to be busy with a bunch of new patient visits. The staff never made us feel rushed and were pleasant and professional throughout. It's nice you can watch HGTV in the room while you're getting examined too.
