ABSOLUTELY FILTHY OFFICES - VERY DIRTY, JUNKY AND UNSANITARY. They look like storage rooms. (See attached photos.) 2. THE ASSISTANT TRIED TO NUMB UP THE WRONG SIDE OF MY MOUTH. 3. APPOINTMENTS RUN ANYWHERE FROM 45 MINUTES TO 1 HOUR LATE! I never had one appointment that was on time. 4. STAFF IS VERY SURLY AND RUDE. 5. REVIEW YOUR DENTAL RECORDS IF YOU SEND THEM TO ANOTHER OFFICE. They include personal observations not related to the dental work. In this case...I am assuming that Dr. Ross Hauer (my dentist) was the person who wrote these unprofessional notes. I think his personal non-mendical comments reflect the unprofessional demeanor of the entire operation. I strongly suggest that regardless of your situation or dental work you need done....FIND ANOTHER DENTAL OFFICE!

Not only did they lose the referral and x-ray imaging at the prior appointment causing a three hour delay for care, at this appointment they only scheduled it as a consult, even though it was scheduled and confirmed as an extraction appointment. Upon arriving, I had a dentist tell me to open my mouth and he said "there's the tooth, we need to schedule your extraction". I was completely lost as my extraction was scheduled already for 8 AM but they double booked themselves for another oral surgery, leaving me to not get my tooth extracted. They then told me I had to get a bone graft for an implant after the removal. I said I didn't want a bone graft because I wasn't going to get an implant and when I asked why I need the bone graft I was told "I don't know that's the doctor's recommendation and you have to do it". So they take me to the front desk with no answers, and try to get me to pay for a consult that lasted 15 seconds, maybe even less. I didn't get to go over the recommendations with the dentist, I didn't get to ask questions, and I didn't even get to see my imaging. I asked to speak to the dentist and was told he was unavailable and that I had to pay. Chaos ensued. I have placed a grievance with this company with my dental insurance, and upon doing so was called by the front desk who gave me an attitude and told me I was not allowed back in retaliation for filing my grievance. I highly HIGHLY recommend no one else comes here. Oh and they sent me signed documentation "by me" when I didn't sign anything. I'm pretty sure that is illegal!

As you can see, this is an all female dental practice which should be a prerequisite for any new business in this field. Why? Because women care about the patient, men generally don't. The approach at Dr. Holley's practice is to be gentle, kind and sympathetic, whilst trying to treat the problem in the best way. Every other male dentist I've ever had the misfortune of seeing, cares not primarily about the pain or treatment of the patient, rather what size of bill they can rack up. I will never visit another male dentist again, including a particularly vicious one I visited in Jupiter who inadvertently admitted to enjoying causing pain to patients. In some ways, I want to keep Dr. Holley a secret because she's my own little Tooth Saint but it wouldn't be fair to not share her. She's the best and she's lovely, so go see her and taste a rare breath of fresh air in dentistry, it just doesn't get any better than the Holley practice.

I've been coming here for a decade. I always ask for Dr Shannon Smith…read more It's never fun or inexpensive to get dental work done, and just recently I had an infection in a lower molar. Dr Shannon wanted me to save the tooth if possible, so she gave me a referral for another fine doctor in the area. Not wanting to wait too long with an infection, I asked his advice and he advised me to go to Dr. Smith to have the tooth pulled, save the money for now, and eventually get an implant rather than drop almost $2500 to salvage an already compromised tooth. I knew Dr. Smith was reluctant to do this particular work especially with a lower molar with an infection, but she took time out that every day to do this complex procedure along with a bone graft. Thankfully, she had spent the previous four days giving me advice on antibiotics and pain relievers no matter what I chose to do. Was it fun? No, was it expensive ? not terribly considering my insurance and the level of work that was done. Dental work can be life-threatening if you wait too long, and I'm so thrilled that I was taken care of by the entire staff. I am home recovering now and feeling like a new man after just two hours of treatment. Thank You SO much Dr Shannon Smith

I paid for an upper partial and was told "you only owe $500 because your insurance paid half"... now wouldn't you think that meant that the other half was paid for?! That was in February, now in May when it is finally finished and ready for pick up I get a call right before I go in to get it that my insurance didn't cover it. Apparently they never freaking billed my insurance company and my insurance ended in April so by the time they got around to billing I didn't have insurance any more! If I would have know I would have kept my insurance! Then on top of that, I call just a few days later saying I have the money so I'll just pay they tell me I have to schedule another appointment to get them! Just to pick them up!! I now have over $1000 invested and they are holding them hostage until the dentist gets back from vacation to "put them in my mouth" .... It's not medication, just hand them to me! I am so beyond annoyed and disappointed. Will never come back here again
