We test drove the car and it looked and handled great, there was a light on the Drew said was probably a low battery because it had been in the show room for over 3 months. We talked it over and purchased the vehicle. By this time it was late Saturday afternoon and we had a 2 hour drive to get back home. We finished our paperwork and decided to stop at a restaurant to grab a bite before our drive home. When we finished the car wouldn't start because the battery was dead! So I called Drew and within 15 minutes he showed up with a new battery! He took the dead battery out and realized Autozone gave him the wrong battery. He apologized and headed off again, this time he drove back to Jabaay and grabbed a battery that was the correct size that looked brand new. He installed the new battery and put the trunk back together. (Yes, I said trunk!) Audi TTS has the battery in the trunk and it's quite the process to install a new battery! He stayed until we fired it up and no engine lights we on! We would recommend this Dealership and especially Drew to anyone looking for a quality used car.
