My wife and I saw a 2013 Audi TTS on their website that we were interested in. So my wife contacted them and set up a time to see and test drive the car. Drew was our sales associate and was friendly and it felt like we have known him for years! We test drove the car and it looked and handled great, there was a light on the Drew said was probably a low battery because it had been in the show room for over 3 months. We talked it over and purchased the vehicle. By this time it was late Saturday afternoon and we had a 2 hour drive to get back home. We finished our paperwork and decided to stop at a restaurant to grab a bite before our drive home. When we finished the car wouldn't start because the battery was dead! So I called Drew and within 15 minutes he showed up with a new battery! He took the dead battery out and realized Autozone gave him the wrong battery. He apologized and headed off again, this time he drove back to Jabaay and grabbed a battery that was the correct size that looked brand new. He installed the new battery and put the trunk back together. (Yes, I said trunk!) Audi TTS has the battery in the trunk and it's quite the process to install a new battery! He stayed until we fired it up and no engine lights we on! We would recommend this Dealership and especially Drew to anyone looking for a quality used car. I bought a 2002 white corvette convertible a couple of years ago for a Christmas present for my wife (she lets me drive it also). Low mileage, body in fantastic shape and I could eat off of the engine. Nice, no pressure salesman who even ran the CarFax for me. I could see that the car had never been in an accident and the maintenance record was fairly complete. Price was right-on and in my mind very good. It's been a pleasure to drive although we do store it over winter. read more

Nice people but don't go on there expecting a test drive. They want you to make an offer with out even getting to drive the vehicle you're interested in. Not sure if you want to buy a $60,000 vehicle with out a test drive or make an offer on one with out a test drive on but I sure don't. They were worried about it getting dirty . It's a car get a car wash then. Again very nice people but it was a two hour waste of my time because even though they test drove my vehicle I didn't get to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and then pressured to make a decision without even test driving it. I was also told that there was something wrong with the transmission on the vehicle that I am trading in which is still under manufacturer warranty. When I asked can you tell me what it is that is wrong so I can take it in and get it fixed they wouldn't tell me. read more

Had interest in a gray old '09 M3 with 50K miles, for $32K (way overpriced according to KBB, eBay, and nadaguides.com) that Jabaay Motors has for sale. I've seen it sit on the internet for awhile through various seller's sites. I chose to go look at it on a Friday evening. In person, I could see a lot of front-end damage and a poor repaint on the front bumper. In addition, the lines on the hood and fenders didn't line up. The fenders buldged outward from the hood, creating a bigger gap, and the hood did not line up with the front bumper. When BMW's are new, they are pristine and have equal dimensions with every gap, plus the hoods sit precisely in line with the front-end parts. I've owned some new ones and used, too. I mentioned that damage, or lack of a poor repair job, to the salesman and he said, "Where? Oh, I don't see anything." I'm thinking, "Why are you trying to hide that? It's RIGHT THERE!" He started to talk numbers with me and I let him know I won't talk numbers till I had a test drive. That test drive will speak for itself. He asked me to come back tomorrow to do that since they were closing. I made an appointment for the following day. With more time to research additional similar cars, I returned with a number in my head and test drove the car. Car drove decent and clutch seemed strong. After that, looked over it and I could still see the damaged front end, clearly showing this car was wrecked sometime/somehow with any of it's last 3 owners. Talking numbers, I said with the physical damage that I can see, and a comparison to the others on the internet, I offered $25K, today. There are others on the net in much better physical condition with the same aftermarket add-ons this one had, too. The guy came back and said he couldn't go that low. And to consider, $25K was still generous on a car with front end damage, plus, a bad window tint job that would have to be fixed to look as good as new. I listened to him tell me that my offer was not high enough. I repeated to him that with all the damage, and who knows what else is hiding under the car, this is a fair price that I am offering. I said $25K one last time. He said no, I walked. That goes to show this dealership is being shady by not even admitting to the easy-to-see damage. What else are they hiding on their cars? I gave it 2-stars for the decent attitude they employees presented. The 2 men I dealt with were still decent to me, even after not buying from them. They were not pushy, nor rude. read more

This company has many positive reviews but I would NOT believe even one of them. If you're going to trust one review believe mine. Please never even consider buying a car from this dealership! Rundown: went to buy a 2004 Dodge Viper. This is my 2nd Viper so I knew what to expect. But there are only so many things you can uncover from a brief inspection. I paid more than I should've if this was in perfect shape. But it WAS NOT. Now let me explain I fully expect used cars to have small problems. It's part of buying a used car even from a good used dealership. But this list just continues to grow. The paint was in great shape. The body seemed to be in great shape. I had expressed concern about the tires but Drew told me they "were fine." Granted I was 8 hours from home when I got there when I figured out they were not fine. I figured no big deal.. needs some tires. The owner will probably knock $1,000 off the price, I'll get new tires when I get home. NOTHING. Wouldn't even give me a small chunk of my money back for an obvious lie. But I didn't get too riled up about that. Said to myself that's part of it when you deal with a shady dealership. Then I noticed the trunk doesn't close properly, then I noticed the diffuser had a little bend in it. They advertised this as a clean carfax, clean title car. Then I got to the airbag, common problem with Vipers is for the airbag plastic to deteriorate. They had concealed it to hold up until I got home. I cleaned it and bam same problem. All of this were relatively little annoyances of a bad used car dealer.. but nothing that would make me even take the time to write a negative review. I figured drop a couple of grand and I'm over it. Then I noticed the coolant level had dropped. Topped it off and have been monitoring it. It's already dropped again. Getting a compression and leak down test. Since no leak below the car, it's either the head gasket or the heads! HUGE expense! I'm a very positive person and hate doing reviews like this. I would rather just let it go. But if I save ONE person (hopefully countless) the trouble of having to deal with this dealership, I can justify the money I'll have to spend on the engine. I wish I could give zero stars to a company that's been open since the 50s but who's business practice is SO HORRID it amazes me they are open today! read more
