I went to this office for over one year for regular appointments for a very specific problem. I found the office to be chaotic, noisy and full of ill behaved children. It felt like a cattle call each time I visited with a roomful of people waiting to be seen. A PA system is used to announce when you are up and what room to go to. This is a "room" without any privacy at all and would be better described as a nook. On one visit as I lay on the exam table waiting to be seen I sensed someone standing beside me and lifted my head up to find a small child there looking at me. Creepy! The PA system is very hard to hear because of the loud christain music playing. During covid no "doctor" there wore a mask. I was made to feel odd because I asked about masks. This is a very cult like organization pushing religion and running people through the system to make the maximum amount of money possible. They use the torque technique to do the adjustments which doesn't really seem to accomplish much. There is no hands on treatment, no face to face interaction with the technician. You are expected to wait in a crowded waiting area, when called jump up on the adjustment table and lie face down waiting for the adjuster, receive one or two torques and leave. I will not be signing up again with this office. read more

I can't say enough positive things about this office! When I first went in they gave me an educational tour their office and I learned A LOT! I never knew that there is a difference between regular chiropractors and chiropractors that deal with the nervous system. I had no idea that chiropractic care could help children with ADHD and ear infections (wish I knew that sooner). During my tour a parent let me watch their child get adjusted, which was much different than what I expected. The little boy was excited and it was almost a game where he said "bonk" every time he was adjusted. After the tour they went over all of my health concerns and - one of the things that I appreciate the most- they set my expectation. I had always thought that if you see a chiropractor a couple of times it will get rid of neck and back pain. They let me know this wasn't going to be a quick fix and that it will take some time and religion for the cause of my pain to be corrected. The coolest thing about this office- the doctor's report- I've never had a doctor take time out of their schedule to teach me about my health and how I can stay as healthy as possible! I can't recommend this office highly enough! This is one of the best decisions I've ever made for my health! read more

Katey B and Christina B were both right on! Everything they stated is exactly what happened to me. My daughter and I received a tour of the office and the first thing on the wall shown to us of course were testimonials by clients. Multiple copies of that clients testimonial divided up by health issue. Then on the other side of the short hallway we were shown pictures of historical Chiropractors and given a quick run down summary on the history of Chiropractic health. Oh and I forgot to mention that as this tour is happening we are walking by the rooms where they are giving treatment, no doors for privacy. Excuse me??? I prefer not to have everyone walking by me as I am getting treatment even if I have clothes on! At this point I was getting a little disgruntled, as I was having severe back pain and standing and walking is not something I wanted to do nor was any of this necessary. I leaned up against the walls and if this chiropractic assistant had any clue what she was doing she should have noticed I was in pain! Okay so we end at this little room where they will do a scan of our spine. Yes this room, the size of a closet, did have a door on it and would close for privacy. My daughter was first and they ran it over her spine top to bottom and bottom to top. But when they did mine they only went from the top to the bottom of the spine. I asked why they did mine only once. I was told sometimes it isn't necessary to do both. May I also add that I was told these results could change dependent upon your medication intake. Hummmmmm things just seem fishy. After the scan we were told we would need to schedule an appointment for any x-rays and a consultation about our future care. They also made the comment that our insurance has not yet come back to state what it will pay in chiropractic care. Really? Insurance? I thought I was going to discuss my future care at this appointment. After all this fantastic super spine scanner was supposed to tell them all! Guess it doesn't. I should have known by the weak handshakes received from everyone in the clinic this place is not legit. Oh everyone is super nice but I did not once feel as though they truly cared about my pain. If they did somebody in their business they would have noticed and tried to help me don't you think? Be careful with this one....... read more

We have been going here for just over a year. We being my wife, son and myself. We all had some physical issues and it seems to have helped with emotional as well. One thing we liked it we were treated like friends not as a customer or a number. The staff treated us with respect and care. Recently had some financial issues so have to cut back on visits. When talked to Dr Marc about it he spoke to me as a friend and told me that I should come in when I needed adjustment and they would help work out what they could for what I can cover. So I made an appointment with higher Health Chiropractic because I seen the ad on Facebook . I came in did the exam and that was it, a consultation, and that's all it was. and immediately they wanted $47 for coming in. What you don't know is that they'll ask you for a referral from your primary doctor so that they can start charging you for the X-ray. Doctors don't give referral to Chiropractic services and they know this but they used the Facebook ads to make $47 per person. Unethical management procedures and if people don't realize what's going on they're going to continue to be robbed by places like this. read more

If I could give this mall-chiropractic location zero stars, I would. I went in for a "complimentary evaluation," and was never informed during repeated email communications with the office that I would not be meeting the doctor at this hour+ visit whatsoever. Upon walking in, I was flooded with the sounds of nearly fifteen adults in the waiting area, several kids running around with full ADHD and no supervision (I was run into by one repeatedly), three staff members behind be counter and a self-service machine blaring out (unnecessarily loudly) the name and number of the best "client" to see the doctor. What?!? Also, painted religious messages adorning the walls about how we allow God to heal ourselves, as well as Christian music blasting from the radio throughout various ceiling speakers. This is not a place for wellness or whole health but rather one of cultish indoctrination, which I learned quickly when not one but two staff members walked me through the office one by one and gave me a very memorized spiel about their healing, testimonials, and lots of God talk, as well as quizzing me as to whether I took mental notes on things like referring to the top of the spine as our God Mouth and how God's healing occurs. It was at that point I point blank asked one of the Stepfords Wives... I mean staffers, "Are you serious? You want me to repeat what you just said?" Hee response? Yes, in case you or I are quizzed on what we shared with you today. Oh dear lord and WTF. I will not be returning. I've been to a handful of other chiropractic offices and not once did I not meet with and receive a treatment from the chiropractor on Day 1, nor have I suffered this ridiculous amount of noise interference and blatant cult-like influence ever, in any office. If this is your bag and you want to hear how women are so horrible for considering epidurals during labor because NICE FOR THEM BUT DON'T THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR BABIES? HHC is one of the most efficient offices I have ever witnessed. The team truly takes their time to educate you throughout your entire experience. Not to mention their gorgeous facility! We live in an age of technology, and I find it extremely important to utilize objective information to monitor your progress throughout care. My family and I recently stopped in to HHC on our way through town to visit family. I have to say it was an amazing experience. From the staff to the space and of course the doctors we were treated like locals that had been a part of this practice for many years. There were kids and families everywhere. Everyone was extremely warm and kind. We all got great adjustments which we needed desperately after long days on the road. I've been adjusted by a dozen different chiropractors throughout the last 30 years. Higher Health was a great experience, the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, They take the time to find your problem and actually explain exactly what the problem is and what it will take to correct it. Dr. Erik's adjustments are very gently and I feel the most effective, specific chiropractic care that I have ever had. The technique Dr. Erik uses has helped me with sleeping better, no more asthma or headaches and I have not been sick in a long time which was a chronic problem in the past. I have received excellent care here at Higher Health Chiropractic. adjustments of atlas bone( vertebrae )-at base of my neck, has eliminated my high blood pressure.... and yes. I love the heart behind everyone at this office. I appreciate all of the education that they provide. I have learned a lot about my health and I am so thankful for this place. They are very thorough and explained chiropractic like I have never heard before. Dr. Erik is a great Chiropractor and I trust him with my family. I have gotten adjusted throughout my pregnancies and have had short easy deliveries. my babies have gotten their spine checked a couple days after birth and continue to get checked on a regular basis. Thankfully they all have been healthy and if they do get under the weather- they are able to fight whatever they got off really fast. I know they don't claim to heal anything at this office. they remove the nerve interference and that's it- our amazing bodies do the healing and heal better when they are in the proper alignment!
