However, he would come over and stay late at night just to finish the mix for us. I thought that was just a great gesture and perfect customer service, he really didn't have to do that. My event started at 2:30- 5:30 PM and they confirmed they would be there 1 hour prior to the event for set up and serve for 3 hours. 2:00 PM before my event they still haven't showed up . So i send a text to see if something came up or if they are running late i get no answer . 2:15 PM - I send another text to see whats going on . Im really worried at the moment because my event is set to start at 2:30 . So i begin to call them, and i get no answer after 3 phone calls and 3 text messages still no answer. So now my event has stared most of my guest are here and no food or phone call or text regarding their status. At this point i start to think they have stolen my money. I quickly send out a family member to go buy 10 Pizzas from Costco to have some food for the kids and guest. 2:35 PM I get a text message "on the 110 Freeway". No i am sorry for the delay or any type of explanation. ( i have all this saved for reference on my phone) They arrive at 3:20 pm and still need to set up. After setting up for 30 -40 minutes they open the catering for my guest. My guest started eating at 4:10. Almost 2 hours later. This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! and will be filing a small business claim due to the break of contract that was filled.
