Great gym, but toxic and unprofessional management…read more I've enjoyed being a member at Jean Robert's, but I am appalled by the owner's wife's behavior tonight. A member slightly lowered the music volume in the back room (it was excessively loud), and the owner's wife immediately stormed out and began a loud, aggressive argument with him, yelling, "Do not touch that!" When he tried to explain that the volume was too high, she doubled down and screamed, "Then you can go someplace else!" I chimed in to agree with him, shocked at how she was speaking to him over such a trival matter, and she told me I could 'go someplace else too.' I am stunned that a business owner would treat paying customers with such blatant hostility and tell them to leave over a simple volume request. Unprofessional, unwelcoming, and completely unacceptable. Possibly I caught her on a bad night? Jean Robert is such a nice man, says hello to everyone and always has a smile.

I've had private dance lessons elsewhere in the past, and I have to say Lauren is by far my favorite instructor. She took the time to show us correct hand and feet positions to prevent injuries and ensure smooth transitions between moves. She also worked with each of us individually to perfect each move before we put them all together into a fluid, sexy routine. Not to mention it was a helluva workout! The restrooms were not kept up with and I did lodge a complaint about the loud noise and dirty restrooms. Nothing seemed to change. The sauna is right next to the waiting room and treatment rooms leading to extremely dry heat making my throat sore and my body sweaty. The spa has some renovations and improvements to make. The cleaning people were mopping the locker room floors I slipped and fell. There was not a single yellow caution "slippery when wet" sign. They couldn't have mopped after the spa closed? Last but not least the front desk I made the reservation with did not communicate to my masseuse leading to some bumps in the road there. Only go to this spa if you have no other options and want to listen to loud speaking Spanish male maintenance workers clank around, possibly slip and fall, smell some horrible smells in the restroom and get a sore throat.

So, the club is fairly nice, and the massage area is all you'd expect (warm, quiet, well stocked), and the locker rooms are very passable. BUT, I expect more than just "good" from a place like this. If you're going to charge $140 for a 50 minute massage, bring the "great". Get me a steam shower or a cucumber in my water, something.

Stay away for casual gym goers and if you are moving due to work go to a month by month basis…read more Where to begin I've been around a couple gyms in the area but gotta say compared to other ones in the area I've been truly disappointed and will not come back. For the price (mind you I had a discount for being a hospital employee) not worth it. To begin the gym is small and frankly disorganized . As you can see in the pictures the handles are Lying everywhere and are very dirty and used. With things fraying and falling to pieces. As for membership I bought a 3montg membership. However I was not told sales were final. After a month I am moving away so I try to cancel the other two months I am told that's just not possible. Now here is some context another gym where I had a year upfront membership and because of unforeseen circumstances I couldn't use 6 months of it they gave me 6 months back. Another different gym close by gave me 12 month membership prices at a month to month basis. But here they can't give me 2 months back its just not possible. Is it not possible or you just don't want to refund people. Noted they have classes I don't go to and a space I didn't use. As for a casual gym I highly recommend others in the area that have more than 1 bench and more than 2 Squat racks. 1/5
