My back was in immediate pain and I was unable to do much of anything the rest of the day as well as on Sunday. As I compensated for my back, I also strained my wrist on the same side. I knew about Kristi's post-accident sessions and connected with her on Monday morning. I was thrilled that she fit me in for this session; she worked on me for about 30 minutes, bringing to my attention some underlying emotional aspects that can "speak" through this area of the back. Her healing energy always speeds up the healing process too. Recently I was diagnosed with macular degeneration in one eye. A "wet" break was detected ie a bleed. She started working on it that day.
