We had many heart to heart conversations and we all came to the difficult decision that it was time for them to try an assisted living facility. We started with a phone call to Blossom Place and that set things in motion. Right from the beginning they helped all of us with many of the adjustments to having family away from home, especially when they were having so many emotions about their new surroundings and new home. I should have written this a year ago but it's appropriate still to this day. What I want to say above all else is that the staff is excellent. Very kind, considerate and professional. They help my parents everyday with many tasks and they always are respectful and patient and kind. I honestly have never seen one of them be short or frustrated or disrespectful in any way to my parents, or any other resident. When we have family gatherings they always offer to help us get ready. Then after we are done they help us clean up. I'm pretty sure this is not in their job description!! There are many other kindnesses they have shown us, too many to name. I would love to list all the awesome staff they have working there, if I thought I wouldn't leave anyone out I would do it!! They are all great and we appreciate each and every one of them! My parents are happy with the food, the place is neat and tidy and we all feel they are being well taken care of. Blossom Place has been a real blessing to my parents and our family.
