The guy came over and did a big look around the property and I showed him where I saw all the ants. He spent time following trails to the sources while I lounged inside. He then got suited up and sprayed the sources (that weren't on the neighbor's property, but he had a separate solution for that.) Afterwards he answered my questions and gave some light education on preventing further infestations. What keeps it from being a full 5 stars was that I had a lot of trouble getting in contact with them at first and actually had to show up to their HQ in person to initiate contact. In addition I had to call them back because there was a spot he missed in the kitchen where the ants had a colony set up (not completely their fault, as I assured them the infestations were outside.) The kitchen colony was taking a long time to clear up after the second spray, while the outside colonies were gone within 3 days. Eventually got some ant bait and it seems to finish them off.
