The booking process was…read moresuper easy, I put down what I thought was a $100 down payment towards the work to secure my appointment however it wasn't until I needed to cancel my appointment which was still over a month away that I was informed that the $100 charge was non-refundable. When I explained to Hailey that I was not informed this at the time of booking she informed me, "I see you accepted the calendar invite which clearly states this" Keep in mind the calendar invite was sent AFTER I was charged. So nice of them to inform me after they charge me that the fee is non-refundable. When I explained this to her she told me that when she was hired that her boss made it clear that booking fees are so they do not lose money, I could easily understand this if I was cancelling without enough notice for them to schedule another appointment or if this was made clear before they decided to charge me. Needless to say I am out $100, so be advised when booking anything here.

I took my car to two other shops for estimates before getting a referral to Moreland Auto Body. The estimate I received from Mr. Moreland was significantly lower than the other shops and included replacing the plastic around the fog light. Mr. Moreland was wonderful to talk to and work with. He estimated the job might take 3.5 days, but he had it completed in 2 days. My car looks amazing, the work is flawless. I highly recommend him and his business to anyone needing auto body repairs

Took my car to F&R and they did a great job except when I went to Aldi's and went to get a quarter…read morefrom my coin drawer, all the coins were missing. I had just put a handful of change in the holder to get it out of the way so they could vacuum the cup holders. Nope, all coins stolen. I called the manager and he stated the coins must have accidentally been sucked up in the vacuum, which could have only happened if the little drawer was pulled open and the hose stuck into it. They also forgot to clean the headlights. Like I said, they did a great job cleaning and waxing, but stealing change? That is not acceptable and I will advise people not to go there.

There were still sticky stains on the door panels and dash, which I understand sometimes don't come off. Also some parts had not been vacuumed. But the real issue is they lost an OEM felt pad that was in my center console. I didn't pay $175 for them to lose bits of my car. When I went in to ask, they just shrugged and said "we don't know." No offer to look around for me, didn't even get out of her seat. Nothing. A.k.a. "We don't care." Disappointing. I'll be going elsewhere in the future. I didn't see the usual guys in there this time. Just some teenagers and younger people. Maybe the quality has gone down.
