But I needed treatment and Stephanie got me an appointment with Dr Chuan the morning after I called. The entire staff was super warm, and welcoming and personable. Dr Chuan and her staff took care of my sad broken tooth, and spent a lot of time educating me on dental care. The way I was treated was as though this was boutique dentistry and I was paying tens of thousands of dollars yearly to have them at my beck and call. A few weeks ago I visited a dentist and was told I needed a number of things done - 11 cavities, 1 crown, a night guard (even though I told this dentist that I didn't grind my teeth, nor did I preference one side while chewing), as well as a deep gum cleaning. The total charge out of pocket was going to be 4k after my insurance. I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Gasperini. Dr. Gasperini was so kind and gentle and explained everything that he was going to do before doing it. I never had any of those awkward moments where my mouth was left open needlessly. Very aware of the comfort level of his patients. In the end, Dr. Gasperini told me I needed only one filling! Only one filling! I trust this doctor completely, and have found my new dentist. Thanks, Dr. Gasperini. Oh and PS, his office is nicer than my house.

Multiple calls have either gone completely unanswered or I get the generic reply of "your file is on the top of the pile for the billing person to take a look at to see if we can help with the cost." They have been dodging my calls for over a year and I get a bill every month saying I need to pay. Every month I call and get told it is on the "top of the pile". Called again today and was told that no one looked into it, no one was going to look into it, and that I am out of luck. Dentists are great, the billing after has been a disaster. I would avoid for anything other than a basic cleaning.
