I enclosed…read morephotos from the dusty wood in Riverview's upstairs bedroom(make a right at the top of the stairs). Housekeeping may need to get something with an extender to reach this wood. There were many coffee cups(the small ones that come with China sets) that hold 3 Oz but most of us wanted coffee in mugs that hold at least 6 Oz. Coffee Mugs are CHEAP. Several of us called to ask questions but after holding awhile we all had to leave messages. No one called back over 4 days. Granted it was a holiday but one would expect a call back. The 2 main issues was inadequate water pressure and TV's either not working or NO instructions provided to operate a TV. Thank you.
