They did a great job removing 3 large pines in difficult places, close to our home and behind a fence. Matt also reached out to offer to trim up another tree which was too close to our roof, so we had that done as well. He sent pictures of the completed job and made sure we were satisfied with everything. They even removed my birdhouses from the tree and set them aside, which was really thoughtful. Then two days later texted if they could come Friday which i agreed. A no show... then very late in the afternoon texted they had a family emergency could they come Saturday. Again I agreed and gave them a time which they said see you Saturday. Now comes Saturday and I get a text past our appointment time if they could come later which I gave them a time they could come around 4pm Around 4 I get a text ...when are you available on Monday as we quit for the day due to rain. I again gave them a time frame when I was available on Monday after 1pm. Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. This is just a follow-up on my review of Enhanced landscaping. He just called me to tell me to quote " go f**k myself" Such a classless act from a embarrassing company. It reminded me of Bronners Christmas Wonderland in Frankenmuth but on a smaller scale. A separate area next to the main shop had lots of Christmas trees and an area for children to meet Santa Clause with proper social distancing and a barrier in place. I recommend visiting Sherwood Forest during Christmas if you are looking for holiday decorations.
