When Curtis came out for the estimate I expressed this to him. The crew that came out did an excellent job removing the dying pine tree, but were not informed on what was to be done with the redbuds. After a phone call, they pruned a few branches and that was it. One clearly crossing branch that needed removal (per Curtis' evaluation) was left intact. I was not here at the time, or I would have refused to pay the entire fee. I contacted the office with my complaint, and was assured that they would make it right. One week later, I am still waiting for Curtis to come out to correct the issue.

They did a great job removing 3 large pines in difficult places, close to our home and behind a fence. Matt also reached out to offer to trim up another tree which was too close to our roof, so we had that done as well. He sent pictures of the completed job and made sure we were satisfied with everything. They even removed my birdhouses from the tree and set them aside, which was really thoughtful.
