After an inspection, Joe said he couldn't justify the high cost of a restoration clean for our level of "dirt". He felt it would be cheating us. I was disappointed but you don't find this level of integrity often. He did sell us a few bottles of the enzyme cleaner they use for urine/feces/biological dirt and we were able to clean it ourselves for a fraction of the cost. When Joe says he is in this business to help people first, he means it. I highly recommend him and his team.

The second was a renovation of the master bathroom. While the previous owner had maintained the home reasonably well, the bathroom needed updates due to aging finishes and discoloration. Replacing the shower enclosure and the tub noticeably improved the space. The project took longer than originally planned due to delivery delays that were outside of their control. While the delay was not ideal, the team communicated clearly, and the final outcome met our expectations. Ashley coordinated the overall process and was very helpful in guiding material selections. Johnny, the owner, stayed involved and regularly checked in to make sure things continued moving forward. Jerrot handled the sink countertop and RO system work with care and attention. Marco and his tile team were consistent and highly responsive to our needs. Jose and his crew completed the flooring efficiently while maintaining good quality. APM also contributed well to the remaining tasks. Apologies if I missed anyone. Overall, despite the challenges with external logistics, ODF followed through on their promises and delivered solid, high-quality results. I am happy to give them a five-star rating and highly recommend them to anyone in the Norman, OK area looking for home improvements.

I have used this company for carpet cleaning, pet stains, and odor removal twice now and they have done an excellent job both times! They worked me into their schedule on short notice, had excellent customer service, strong communication skills, were incredibly polite, and provided great service all around. They also offered great prices. Other cleaning companies require a minimum amount for appointments, for example, a $120 minimum payment, even if the only service you want is cheaper. Clean and Dry does NOT require this or minimum payments and honors their true service prices! They even cleaned additional areas they noticed in our house, free of charge, just as a courtesy. So it is safe to say Clean and Dry offers much better deals and services than other companies! I would highly recommend this company to anyone and plan on using them again in the future if I ever need to! read more

I have two large dogs and despite vacuuming regularly I felt like my house was staring to get that "dog" smell. I was really needing my living room area rug and sofas cleaned and came across Clean and Dry via a Google search. The reviews were great and their prices were very reasonable so I called and they were able to get me in the very next morning. Stacy arrived promptly and thoroughly explained the process to me before getting started. Stacy came out the day I called to measure and provide an estimate. I had reached out to a different guy for a price quote/sq ft, that guy never showed to measure my space. For only 5 cents more/sq ft, Stacy cleaned AND SEALED my tile instead of just cleaning it! Great value. He was in time, neat, and very professional. He treated a closet the previous owners used as a litter box location with extra care and sanitation. There are 3 showers in this house, Stacy was very honest in telling us only 1needed to be cleaned. I can't say enough good things about the work he did! They showed up right on time, had fanfreakingtastic communication, totally removed all the pet stains my son's dogs left on my 2 year old carpet and then put a treatment on it to help protect it. I wouldn't recommend anybody else!!! Tracy showed up on time, worked quickly, but was very thorough. He did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. My dog got sprayed by a skunk and the smell got transferred to the carpet, and Tracy was able to get rid of the smell completely. He even got rid of stains previous cleaners were unable to remove! If more than 5 stars were possible, he would get them. read more

The owner is local and he did a great job. Had a sick dog mess up the whole house with all the extra stuff you can imagine. The Owner cleaned the floors and I'm very pleased with what he did. The lady (Elaina) who scheduled the appointment was friendly and responsive; I had left a voicemail during the weekend, and didn't expect a response until the following Monday, but she texted me the same day to answer my questions. Elaina said they would do a free consultation/estimate (which I ended up requesting). Initially, she had quoted a price range, based on the information I had provided, but after they measuring the house specs during the consultation, it ended up being a little cheaper than the quoted price. On the day of the cleaning, they finished the work within 70 minutes, despite saying that it would be closer to two hours. One of the dudes was named Tyler, who seemed like the veteran of the two. I missed the other guy's name but he seemed newer. But they were both friendly, and capable. I don't know if the prices are reasonable to be honest, because we've never done this before, but it seemed reasonable for the type of work involved. It was a little more than $300 to clean all the tile in our house.
