My dogs do not go to the bathroom on the property but other residents like to walk their dogs near our property due to lots of land. If the property management find "excrements" on the property, you will be fined. We have so far received fines ( first one is $100, second $ 200, third $500, fourth eviction). The managers of the property were completely rude when asked why we are receiving these notices. I walked out almost in tears the way I was talked to. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Not only is it expensive, you will be enraged with all the ridiculous notices/fines that will be attached to your rent.

There are four buildings and on maintenance guy in his late 60's. When living there my sliding glass door lock broke on the first floor and they still have yet to fix it after a year. Simply could have replaced the door or the handle but I had to go day in and day out making sure I had the bar down so no one could get in cause it didn't lock. The rent when up 100-200 a year for an apartment that had black mold covering the whole bathroom. The owners and maintenance knew about the mold for over a year and did nothing about it continuing the health concern. Overall I would have payed $200 more a month somewhere else just not to have to deal with this place. Would never recommend living her.

Any issues or concerns I have they are extremely attentive and treat me with respect. They listen to resident input and work with you on ideas on how to make the community even better. He showed me the piece next to the new one, so I could see that it was shot and needed replacing. Cleaned everything up and will be back to install a remote next week, which is awesome! No more becoming an inverted gymnast to turn it in and off! He didn't have the remote with him as they're on order, so will not charge me for the visit, only the item. He added something that looked like glowing embers, which look phenomenal. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. Took his time and didn't rush through his work. and was very nice and personable. It's obvious, he takes pride in his work.
