The rent when up 100-200 a year for an apartment that had black mold covering the whole bathroom. The owners and maintenance knew about the mold for over a year and did nothing about it continuing the health concern. Overall I would have payed $200 more a month somewhere else just not to have to deal with this place. Would never recommend living her.

No more becoming an inverted gymnast to turn it in and off! He didn't have the remote with him as they're on order, so will not charge me for the visit, only the item. The cops have been here multiple times in the past few months for domestic disputes for the tenants below us. This is not a safe place to live.
