*UNDER NEW MGMT AS OF 2 WEEKS AGO!!* Visited last night in a pinch & new manager Lisa did my nails. She was very friendly, skilled & informative on what was best for my skin & nails! Under last mgmt I would occasionally stop in for powder dip on my natural nails & most of the technicians were not skilled in any dip techniques. Lisa suggested I switch back to the acrylic method which is better for my nail beds (as I would get w/ previous to this last mgmt). It was great to meet Lisa & hear some of her ideas for the location going forward. I know some customers were turned off by the mgmt that just left for various reasons......After visiting last night my nails look fabulous (stronger & healthier) & I encourage everyone to give this location another chance!!! read more

Well... HORRIBLE. I WON'T BE BACK. Filthy! Stuck my hand in a bowl with a brown papertowel to remove my acrylic nails-so nasty, probably other people had used. I must say I don't think they sterilize their equipment & the nail tech was distracted, cut several of my fingers near the cuticle (feels like paper cuts) and kept saying sorry, but in a disrespectful uncaring way... kinda made me feel guilty for flinching. I went in here on a whim. They're literally within walking distance from my house. I am so happy I did! The best pedicure and manicure I've ever had. Besides the basics, I also got a neck, shoulder and face massage. I left there a limp noodle. I was so relaxed, happy, and felt gorgeous. I will never go anywhere else. I entered and was informed of a 20-minute wait. Yet, here I am, sitting an hour later without even being offered water. Despite being repeatedly told that "someone will be right with you," it's disappointing that my time is not being respected. I understand they might be busy, but it's important not to needlessly waste people's time and provide accurate wait time estimates. I would have been willing to return in an hour or even tomorrow, rather than being held here for an hour. This experience has led me to decide not to patronize this establishment again. Our time is precious, and I can't support businesses that don't value others time. UPDATE: Following a 1-hour and 15-minute wait, they eventually attended to me. Regrettably, the service fell short in terms of quality and effort. The service should have taken approximately 50 minutes but was only 30 minutes. UPDATE UPDATE: whenever I tried to express my concerns, in a very professional and kind way... The nail tech was instantly defensive and raised his voice. I will not be returning. Got a full set 4 weeks ago then I start noticing a little spot underneath my nail tech told me it wasn't a problem just that my nail had lifted and water may have set up in that area a little bit? But I had nothing to worry about it wasn't infected? I went back for a fill and I noticed the area was getting worse? Now 4 weeks later I notice something growing more underneath my nail... when I mentioned it to the tech I was told it wasn't infected? It would be blue in color if it was infected? The tech continued to cover up the problem with the white tip now it's going on the 5th week and as you can see the infection has grown out more from the white tip... I started feeling some pain and discomfort in the area.. So I decided to go to other amazing place that was recommended by a friend. My worst nightmare it was infected and now I'm treated this problem... I'm just so disappointed.. Hopefully it gets better and heal up quickly in about 3 weeks before I go on vacation? This place is so dirty and unsterile. The staff is loud, disrespectful, the pedicure service was cut short took them only 30 mins to finished a "deluxe Pedicure" which it was supposed to be 50 mins. I came to relax and this place was playing some funky disco music and the staff was so unprofessional playing watching some video in their language so loud. The lady in the corner by the window was talking so loud across the room and they rarely talking to their client in English. I'm ok with them not talking much in English but being so loud in their language across the room is so unprofessional. I had mani, deluxe pedi and look what I got few days later. 1 of my fingernail and my big toenail got infected. I would not recommend this place and will never come back to this place again. Nails look uneven , I asked for round she did them square I asked for a design and it wasn't what I asked her. I will not come back to this place and don't recommend it. Had my thumb glued to my finger then to her finger, glue under the nail and powder residue. I asked the lady to use the tools to removed it and she said it was my nail when that was not the case. This has been my go to place for pedicures for years but it is time to look for a new place. Service has gone down hill. The last three times I've called and requested a specific tech and told they weren't working only to arrive and have them there with other customers. The techs now give little or no foot massage even though the descriptions list 20-30 minute massage time. They fight you to trim your nails. The paint is all over my skin and smears almost instantly because they don't put on a topcoat. One time is just a bad day. Three times is a poor business. Time to find a new place. read more

This place is shady DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL! My 15 year old daughter went Saturday January 28th for a 2pm nail appointment with her two friends same age. My daughter is Caucasian Hispanic mix and her two friends are Korean and Pakistani same age. The Pakistani girl had her parents with her and my daughter and the Korean were solo. They all had a regular Acrilic nail set painted. They don't have prices listed and they don't quote you up front the price. My daughter had her set done and two nails had somewhat (bad job) nail art and was told hers was $70. Her Pakistani friend had her set painted only no nail art (if that what they call nail art.hahahha) for $45. The Korean friend her set painted with nail art on every nail was told $50 at first the at checkout $60. This business is a bunch of Vietnamese people rude and broken English (if that was what they said was considered English) . I called that following Mon to ask a price for a regular Acrilic nail set polish and some nail art and the guy said $45 to $50. I asked for a manager or owner and he got rude and said. Not here! Call later and hung up. I called back again and must have gotten my daughter's nail tech because she was rude and tried to talk over me. I called back and got another lady who was calm and said I can come back and she'll give me $10 back. I said my daughter was charged $70 others 45-50 at first. This place is shady Vietnamese people are conartist ripping vulnerable people off. Beware stay away from here. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau Monday. I make bad recommendations on their own Facebook page which they keep removing and I put back every day and their own website page. read more

I tried this nail salon while waiting for auto service nearby. I was happy to get right in and was glad they offered nexgen type nails. I was happy with my service. I have had better but i have had way worse as well. I broke a nail that next day (crazy this has never happened) and I returned. They not only fixed the broken but polished up the other 9 as well! WEDDING NIGHTMARE: As of June 2nd I stopped being a regular customer after begging the owner/manager to get a nail tech to fix a large chip on my 3 day old Gel mani thumb prior to my rushing to my daughter's wedding. I was told to wait for the original nail tech but that she was busy with another customer and that I was NOT allowed to talk to that nail tech. Three days earlier the owner did a great job upselling waxing my entire face including my eyebrows, upper lip, sides of my face, but no one saw any difference except for a drain in my bank account. I had protected my Gel mani as I had experience with it in the past, but this large chip occurred on the wedding day to alert me that the owner is so greedy. I ended up rushing to the Church trying to hide my thumb during the entire time that the photos were being taken, being so well aware that the chip was not repaired at all. My toes looked good but the girl who painted my finger nails rushed and they looked so bad... after she painted them she just walked away and didn't put top coat on them, I sat there for a good ten minutes before I said something and the owner (I assume) came over to do it. Extremely disappointed in my last visit. I have been a regular customer for about 6 years, but I will not be returning. I took my 6 & 8 year old daughters in to get their nails done as a treat while I got NexGen. I specifically said POLISH ONLY on hands and feet, something I had requested for them before without any trouble. They took the girls to the two pedi chairs in the back while I was up front. Since I had been coming here for years and the girls had been before I didn't even worry about it. However, when I went to pay I was charged for mani/pedis for each girl. I told the owner who was ringing me up that I had only asked for polish on hands and feet. She turned to the tech whom I had spoken with and angrily told her she needed to clarify. I got the feeling this has happened before. The total bill was $112- $70 being for the mani/pedis. She took $12 off the bill. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, my nails started chipping the next day. Within a week they were completely ruined. Time to find a new place. read more
