Perhaps the worst DIPS I have ever had. I was in the salon for 2 hours. The technician ground my nails too thin, cut my skin multiple times. When she was finished my nails were bumpy and uneven. After the clear coat she filed the polish. I left!, could not do anymore. I called And spoke with the owner who said to come back. Another hour later they looked better but no great. Appointments mean nothing here. Called one hour early told me no wait and to come straight in. Then once here said 40 minutes wait but was told 20. My biggest pet peeve is when nail salons are not honest about wait time giving no value to your time. The decor is very dated. They also don't do finger nails same time as toes so you are stuck there even longer for them to squeeze in other clients in the middle of your service. No drinks were offered and when done finger nails looked great but after 2.5 hrs there I don't think i want to spend my Friday afternoon there again and will not get finger and toes combo when not even water offered after such a long wait. read more

The lady doing my pedi was sweet and I informed her of my ingrown and to be careful. She said she would take care of it and began to dig into it. I squirmed in my chair from the pain of her digging and pushing the sides. Finally after what seemed like minutes of agonizing pain she stopped and proceeded to work on my other foot. In between her work she would press on my ingrown as to check if I was still in pain!! She did this several times and did it with a smile. To add to my pain she grabbed the cuticle clippers and returned to my toe with the ingrown. I didn't notice she cut me until she reached for the liquid styptic. I paid and left but kept an eye on my toe as it was very tender and red. I had to soak it in epsom salt to keep infection at bay. Needless to say that was last time I visited this salon. read more

Michelle did a great job with my fingernails, no matter gel, dip, or regular polish. This time I had Tammy for pedicure. Tammy did an excellent job trimming my toenails but I still like Mai's foot massage better because Mai gives very strong massage. read more

DO NOT GO. (Pictures are taken two days after) I do my own nails so I know how it's supposed to be done and this is NOT IT. My biggest problem is the SLOPPY JOB she did. She also used USED nail files, nail bits, etc. (your supposed to use a new one for each customer). Before I even left they had bumps and indents. I COULD HAVE DONE BETTER! The First Lady said $25 full set and the second lady charged me $40. I wasn't about to make a fuss over nails so I payed $50 and left, NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN! Oh and I had to wait a whole hour for my nails to dry bc she coated the nail polish on and they wouldn't dry, Hence the indents all over my nails. She knows better!! I was furious. And she didn't file the bottom of the nails so it's all scratchy and sharp, I mean the lost just goes on. My advice is go somewhere else. read more

This is probably my favorite nail salon in the area. Every nail tech is so nice and sweet. I always go in around 1 pm to 3 pm and it's always so empty (which is surprising because they are great) so I always get awesome service. I always get a pedi, sometimes a mani and an eyebrow wax. Waxing is okay at best the nail services are perfect. I've started to do my own nails due to finances but if I want to treat myself I only go here and the prices are very reasonable. read more

Unfortunately I have to update my rating to a "1". The past 4 times I've come here they were too full to take me. The chairs were empty but they are just too understaffed. Today I got here right when they opened but had to wait 25 minutes for a nail tech to show up. My husband and I come together for pedicures and he had to wait 47 minutes for another nail tech to show up. We've been coming here for at least 7 years which is why we kept giving them chances but now it's time to say bye-bye. read more

I have been to this place multiple times over the last years since moving to TX from Nevada. At first, I loved this place. The staff always so friendly. Always busy because of it. A while back, it must have been sold to someone else. Not as busy. Most of the time I would get a good mani/pedi. Today I go in right when they open for mani/pedi. Me and 1 other lady there w/ 3 workers. Perfect. M. finishes my pedi then moves on the next lady without finishing my mani. I motion to M. what about my hands. She motions to another lady who is working on a lady's acrylics but is lined up to finish the other original visitor's toes before me. I waited another 15 with foil on my fingers. This is their latest way of doing business. Basically spinning plates with everyone. Starting their services but not completing them before moving on to the next person. Took the little foil covers off my fingers, paid for pedi and left. An hour and +15 minutes. How much longer until someone could have finished my mani? I'll finish it at home. I won't be back. There are enough places in town that won't hop, skip around patrons. read more

Their brochure says one price and they tell you another. Then the lady says that they are old and the price changed a long time ago. You crossed out other prices why not fix that one then!? Don't try to overcharge me because your shop is empty. Won't be back again, I'm an honest worker why not be honest with your customers? I will be reporting them to the BBB read more

Could have done better myself at home, actually I did come home and shape them up better. Plus, got the worst cuticle cut I've ever had in my 25 years of going to nail salons. Bled an hour off and on, had to keep pressure on it. Crazy... And pretty painful. read more

I usually have Michelle doing my manicures and she is absolutely amazing, however the last time I went Sandy did my manicure and she completely tore up my cuticles to the point where I was bleeding and still kept going over them with the nail drill. read more

I'm so picky with my nails and pedicure and germs it's ridiculous but this place is good about putting plastic covers in their pedicure bowls and attentive to my needs so they get 5stars. Also, because michelle has none my nails exactly how I like them! Try them prices are reasonable! read more

I've lived down the road from California nails for 12 years and passed by the shop almost everyday. I went in today to have a mani and pedi and had my 3 year old daughter with me. The ladies were awesome and treated her like a princess! The shop is clean and relaxing and the massage chairs were awesome! I might have to send my hubby there for some pampering! read more

This place is notorious for over committing themselves. I've called twice to make an appointment and when I show up they turn me away because they don't have time or the lady who does gel nails is out...wth? The place is always empty and they have 2 people working there and are maxed out. Not a great way to run a business and could give a rip that you waste your time going up there. read more

This place is awful .. Second visit and it was the worst , I have never had a manicure without a cuticle clean up and not removing excessive powder under my nails after it dried... When they knew I was unsatisfied they still charged me !!! I was told it wasn't good because my nails were too short! Never will I step foot in this place again! read more
