Dr. Nottage bedside manners are not acceptable and her failure to review my medications caused the cancelation of my eye Surgery on November 17th by the anesthesiologist and head RN of surgery. Side effects are too numerous to list. READ your preop notes. LOTS of things that will NEVER get mentioned(though they will lie and put it in there anyway) by the optometrist when you have it. You will get varying degrees of every side effect PERMANENTLY. It doesnt heal. The surgery destroys the natural shape of your eye and makes it flat. Floaters, terrible night vision and eyes that are constantly uncomfortable. When you start realizing you have problems, you will be told thats how your eyes were before(wrong). Look up a confocal scope image of nerves Years after surgery and you'll realize the nerves dont heal properly ever. There is a reason why cameras have the shape of HEALTHY EYES. Not the garbage they do in laser surgery. Look up how the eye works, how glasses correct and what surgery REALLY DOES. keep them healthy, dont do these garbage refractive procedures.

Couple of weeks later, I call the office to confirm since I hadn't heard from them AT ALL and left a message. Two days later someone called at 8 AM but didn't leave a voicemail. Still no confirmation. I call back and finally get a human that confirms my appointment. A week before my appointment, I receive AT LEAST five calls from an unknown number reminding me of my appointment, and requesting insurance information via phone. I call, get stuck in their call routing software, leave a message, and no one ever calls back. The day of my appointment, I drive 40 minutes to the office for them to tell me that Dr Mann had an emergency and I should have received a call.
