You cannot help but look. It is on the front of the building and wraps around both sides. It was painted in 2016 and is the work of Justin Oloson of Olson Studios. The right side of the mural depicts a close up of a bright blue-eyed person with glasses on set against a colorful wavy background. The front has the building's address hidden into an eye chart and a brown eyed man with glasses on and the colorful waves behind the eye chart and to the mans right. The left side of the building has a blonde-haired, blue-eyed woman, yep, you guessed it, with eye glasses, looking at the colorful waves that are in front of her. I like the colors used in the mural. The colorful waves contrast very well with the background. And even though it is somewhat basic, the artwork is on point, Olson is very talented. The mural is in excellent shape and looks pretty fresh. Parking here to get a closer look is pretty simple. You can pull into the clinic's parking lot or snag a free spot on the street, get out and look as long as your heart desires. I just parked on the street in front of the clinic. Anyway, as with most murals that I have visited and reviewed, this is not a long stop. I was there less than 5 minutes. So, you may want to consider planning out additional stops at many of the other attractions in the area, or making this stop part of a larger itinerary to maximize your time and trip.

The tech who took photos and helped get things prepared for Dr Hoffman was engaging and sweet and Dr Hoffman blew us both away with her complete engagement with my girl. She was funny and personable and yet very professional. The woman who helped my daughter look for glasses was patient and went above and beyond to help her feel her best. When I told her I could not see out of my new glasses or contacts, her response was simply, "Well, that's about as good as it's going to get!" I then explained that I would be switching to a new doctor and brought my glasses back to request a refund. The front desk staff became visibly offended and refused to let me speak with the doctor. They could clearly see that my eye was extremely red, but they completely ignored it. Because I was leaving the practice, they suddenly required me to pay upfront for services that day--something that had never been asked of me before, despite having insurance. When I apologized and repeated that I simply could not see out of the glasses or contacts, they just handed me my paperwork with no further discussion or help. This office seems perfectly fine as long as you're happy with everything and don't complain. The moment you have an issue with the glasses or contacts, the service and attitude change dramatically. I am very disappointed in both the medical care and the overall treatment I received.

Went to the doctor and the receptionist instantly told me they would call the police if I didn't leave. Eventually the doctor spoke with me and told me that it was my fault and I accepted the bad prescription. They are great as long as you do exactly what they say, otherwise they will treat you very poorly and basically insist you go elsewhere. The customer is only as valuable as the doctor believes that you'll swipe away without asking questions. Also back when they finally got my glasses corrected, I received a text saying to schedule an appointment to pick them up. I didn't understand why I would need an appointment so I just went there to pick them up. Apparently the doctor was having lunch and she had to unlock the door to hand them to me. I'll never forget the look of disdain she had for me, so none of what happened today (above) surprised me l. I was a huge bother then and an even bigger bother today because I asked questions instead of paying right away. I've had good work done there before and she seems to be good at her job most of the time, but it appears that her ego (big shot doctor, (eye roll)) is seeping into how they believe that they should treat customers. The security guard at the meridian location is rude and treats you like a criminal just for knocking on the door. I paid the deductible in cash in full before the surgery. Then they bill me for more money afterward without any mention of extra charges before hand. I refused to pay it as a result. Now every time they resend the bill it's for a different amount. I've been having trouble with my eye's ever since and see reflections out of the corner of mu right eye and I see what looks like a hair floating around in my eye but it's not a hair. I'm barely getting by on retirement and I can't afford this. They have just sent me a letter telling me they are handing it to collections for $155.00. This place sucks

I had LASEK surgery with Dr. William Keeling at Indiana Eye Clinic in Indiana in 2017/2018. Prior…read moreto this, I had been a patient of Dr. Keeling for most of my life, and my mother was also a patient there. Because of that long-standing relationship, I trusted him completely with my vision and my care. Before surgery, I had multiple consultations with Dr. Keeling. I was told that I was an excellent candidate for LASEK. After surgery, I carefully followed all post-operative instructions and attended many follow-up appointments. Throughout those appointments, I repeatedly reported that the vision in my right eye was not as clear as my left eye. Approximately one year later, Dr. Keeling discussed performing a LASEK enhancement. At that visit, additional testing was finally performed, including a visual field test and OCT scan. At that point, it was discovered that I had a retinal detachment in my right eye. I was told the detachment was severe and "macula off," meaning the central retina had detached. I required emergency retinal surgery the very next day, including placement of a scleral buckle. The retinal surgeon explained that the detachment was serious and had likely been present for a significant amount of time. Following the scleral buckle surgery, my vision permanently changed. I now experience double vision, distortion, loss of detail, and ongoing visual complications. I later learned that I had lattice degeneration associated with my high prescription (-6.00), which raised serious questions for me about whether I was an appropriate candidate for LASEK in the first place. This experience had a profound impact on my quality of life and mental health. I share this review so others will ask questions, seek second opinions, and carefully research all risks.
