This smoke shop is VERY unorganized. It's very dusty and products are cheap and break easy, and the blunt wraps and cigars are always dry.

This cigar shop WAS my shop of choice, but now, no. The cigars were most always dry, and the selection never changed. But what made me choose to find another shop was the wife of the owner. The owner is a nice man, but the wife who operates the front counter.... another story. She is incredibly rude, and extremely unfriendly. Customer service is NOT her forte. Basic friendly comversation (hello, how are you, etc) is met with a stern glare and/or being completely ignored. This is a repeated behavior. I have shopped this store for three years, and have never been treated badly by the gentlemen, but now that he has his wife ringing people up, I choose to go somewhere else. I recommend you do too. I can't deny that they offer one of the best prices on cigarettes, but just as the reviewers below have stated, there is some inconsistency on what they charge, and the young man that was working the last time I went was a bit rude. For the past several years, the owner had always sold us cartons for a particular cash price.This time, when I went, I brought the exact cash amount, but the worker (possibly a family member?) insisted on charging more. The reason we pay cash is because they offer us a better price since we're helping them out by paying cash rather than card, but he tried to justify by saying he is already "giving me a discounted price of $1 off," which is total BS because it's been the same price for years... On the front of the store, the price is listed at a certain price, and in store, it is listed as $1 more. Now it's not the matter of some odd change that bothered me, but the fact that he was blatantly lying and using the inconsistent prices listed in front and in store to justify his reason for charging more. I've been frequenting this nice little store since they opened. It's near where I live and it's convenient to my bank and several other stores we use often. The family who owns and operates the store are knowledgeable and polite to the extreme. We never fail to have at least a short conversation. I can't imagine not shopping here. Not that other places have been found lacking, in my opinion, but rather, this smoke shop serves me well. There's a lot of pride within these walls. Been coming here for years to buy cigarettes. Switched to vaping recently and these guys are awesome! I've been to many actual vape stores that are run by young guys into the whole vape scene. They have these complicated vape machines and I would spend hundreds of dollars and the thing would stop working and they're all so hesitant to help me. These guys on the other hand have very reasonable prices for vapes and cigarettes . Been using the same vape pen I bought from them over a year ago! Think it was like less than 15 bucks. When I have questions, they help me out, plain and simple. They have lots of e liquids too. No offense to hardcore vapers out there but I don't have time for all those complicated devices . I need a simple device to help me make the transition to quit smoking. Definitely check this smoke shop out if your looking to do so. read more

Clearly they do not check ID when people are paying with a credit card. Somebody stole my credit and used it at this store twice in one day.

This review if for the smoke shop in the albertsons supermarket and arrowhead credit union shopping center in highland, ca; with the cross streets of boulder ave, and baseline ave. What can I say except I would give this place a -5 [minus 5] if I could. The cigars in the shop are very good quality; but its the shady dealings of the guy who runs the place. On or about 3-24-12 7:30 pm ish I went in the store to get a lotto ticket and a cigar. Everything went fine until it came for me to get my change. Now I normally would not complain over a few cents but this has happened to me before. On the first occasion I went to buy a 2 for 1 cigar deal and the guy behind the counter rang it up as two separate purchases. I exclaimed that it was a two for one deal and the customer/ patron in line behind agreed with me and I got it as the two for one deal. Now this brings me up to my current point. If he [I assume the owner] has tried to double charge me for cigars on one occasion, and shortchanged me on another transaction; how many other customers has he done this to? The IRS would be very interested in a guy that purposely does not give correct change, but reports it as if he did. Do not shop at this store; EVER! read more

I have shopped at this tobacco store for as long as I can remember. The owners are very responsive to my needs. My wife tried on-line "e-cigarettes" and was not pleased. I went to Highland Smoke Shop and the Owners showed me a brand of e-cigarettes they felt was better (and cheaper) than the ones my wife bought on-line. They gave me a mini-tutorial about how to use, recharge and refill them. My wife is delighted! I am spending 50% less on her "smokes"--I smoke Kool's and I tried hers...WOW! (It was VERY satisfying!). These Owners have helped me at every turn. If I'm a bit short on $$, no problem, they cheerfully give me 25+ cents off. Total comes to $4.77, they give me a quarter back so I don't throw more pennies in my truck console to roll around when I hit a bump. MY BOTTOM LINE: This shop's Owners are very enthusiastic, kind and eager to please their customers. I will continue to shop there. read more

Pretty awesome place for all your smoking needs. Cigarettes are cheaper than anywhere around here. They have a separate room full of fine cigars. And now carrying everything for your vaping experience. They are constantly getting new setups for vape mods and cartridges. I recently went in the other day and the owner actually gave me a full tutorial on how to build and set up a new vape mod. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I bought a new setup and their line of juices is pretty impressive. Will not be going any other place other than here. Honest and respectful owners keep customers coming back. Best prices and variety in the area. The folks who work there are nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. There are other shops in the Redlands area but I always drive up here because it's worth it! They greet me with a smile and a good deal, and they will try to keep your brand in stock for regulars if you go there consistently (I smoke Djarums and they always have my flavor even though it's not very common). I've been here a few times. There are a couple reasons I'm giving it 1 star. First, the owners wife wasn't very helpful and rude. Second, I've gone in there to buy disposables and every time I've given them the benefit of the doubt the flavors of the products were not the same as the REAL products. There have been a lot of fake Puff Bars going around and there is a big difference in the way they hit, smell, and taste. When I went in to explain that these aren't tasting right and I believe that the vendor they're buying it from may be selling them fake products they ensured me it was real. So I asked if they would try one and they said no they don't smoke... they work in a smoke shop and refused to test their own product. The last time I bought it the lady said I can try it in store and when I told her yet again it was not right she didn't offer an exchange or refund. I've been to numerous smoke/vape shops in California as well as in Texas and this is the only place I have bought from that their products are not up to standard. And yes I did try different flavors to see if it was just the one flavor that was messing up. It was not. Horrible smoke shop. The staff and the owner is very rude and you can barely understand them when they talk. Do not waste your time shopping here. I went to this shop last week, and I didn't see anything I like, so they told me to come back next week.
