Huge humidor, with 90% of the boxes empty. Most of the cigars actually in stock are unknown house sticks. The cigars are dry. Very dry. Straw hay kind of dry. It was so sad to see cigars in that condition. If you plan to smoke there, you have to purchase two cigars or a cigar and a drink. They only had water and coffee. ??? If you're going to make that a requirement, you should stock a bit of an array. The lounge chairs are all similar in status...old and run down. The TV was "locked" and the employee working said he could call the manager to get it unlocked...whatever that means. The cell service was abysmal (we were on AT&T) and while the employee started streaming music, it would play for a couple seconds and pause for even longer...leading me to believe there wasn't WiFi available. To be fair, we didn't ask. I'm sure at one point, this was a great place. It isn't anymore. I've been to many lounges and this was the most run down I've ever encountered.

We picked up some big sipz and some candies to use as a chaser. After talking to three people and having to wait 10 minutes for an answer, they told me it was my fault because I paid for the items and didn't see it. And then offered me a promo code for "the loss". People don't spend on things they can't smoke. So why would I ever come back if I'm just going to get stuck with 200 garbage again? I tried to explain that I have something very similar to ALS, and indica is what I smoke medically to move properly. Hybrid is not only useless, it ca actually cause strokes in patients like myself. They literally did NOT care. When I left, the general manager smirked at me, literally smiling at my pain because I couldn't get what I paid for.
