I'm incredibly happy with the work they did - they matched the existing features (trim, door style etc) of the house perfectly. They had good ideas and brought up things to consider, and additional costs for any changes along the way were reasonable. The guys who worked at my house were incredibly friendly and polite. ($200 service charge) HUH?? I brought the system from Binsky 7 years ago, in all accounts the system is a baby. Conveniently the parts are still under warranty but the labor is not and hence the 4k bill. The tech trying to press me that this is because i didn't buy their service plan. Really? like that would help a faulty part or labor. I will not be using Binsky for any future services.. Period. Hard stop

After we got our items, we confirmed the start date. Stephen and Michael arrived promptly on the day work was scheduled to begin and demoed the bathroom. They arrived every morning at the same time and worked a full day and I'm not sure they even took breaks. They completely cleaned up at the end of each day and sectioned off the work area to minimize the dust throughout the house. My Tech arrived on time and described what was giving to be done. He even needed to pull new wiring from the units to the thermostats and thankfully he had attractive base plates to mount the Ecobees on the wall, as the hole left from removal was too large.
