Staff are responsive, friendly, and have clear communication. Repairs are handled very quickly and effectively - the maintenance guys are wonderful! The landscaping is always neat and completed at reasonable hours. Everyone in the complex during my stay was quiet and respectful of their neighbors, and it always felt extremely safe. Every unit has an individual entrance, and with lots of surrounding green space, it felt less "apartment-like". The complex is located right by Fairfield Mall and other shopping complexes, so on nice days it was easy to walk to the store. The main annoyance would be that USPS packages are automatically kept in the office. Since my work hours were not aligned, I would only be able to pick those up on the weekends. It's safe though, never had a stolen package! I also wished there was a recycling option. The price was great for the value and amount of space. Wish the apartments were a little more updated (style is early 2000s or so) but regardless, my unit was in great shape.

I lived here from October 2011 to April 2014 in a 2-story townhouse (non-Reserves). The apartment…read morewas clean and well-kept when we moved in and included fairly new appliances. The small things that were not up to par when we first moved in were immediately fixed after we submitted the move-in checklist. Over the course of the three years that I lived here, I had almost no major problems with the apartment or with the leasing office. If there was a maintenance issue, it was taken care of within a couple days of reporting it. The only reacquiring issue was with the dryer and that was fixed after several maintenance attempts. The apartment came with pool and gym access. The gym isn't very big and only has several workout machines, 3 cardio machines and 1 workout bench. The pool was nice though (no spa, only a pool) - it's open from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend usually and is generally not too crowded. I definitely used the pool as much as possible in the summertime! The complex itself is well-cared for and generally quiet. They are very strict about what you can keep on your patio though so just be forewarned about that. Overall, it's an attractive complex with clean apartments for a very reasonable price (we were paying $669 for a 2 bedroom/1.5 bath unit with in-unit laundry included!!!). I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable apartment that isn't junky or dingy.

She seemed unprepared, could not answer basic questions and property and the leasing process, and seemed irritated when she could not answer our basic questions. The most concerning moment occurred when we asked a simple question about the holding fee. Instead of providing an explanation, she became defensive and made comments that felt insulting and inappropriate. At one point, she essentially implied that we were "crazy" for asking a reasonable question. Throughout the tour, she rolled her eyes multiple times and ended the interaction by walking away and saying, "You can decide whether this area works for you or not." It felt clear that she had no interest in helping prospective residents or representing the property professionally. Whether this behavior reflects the management team as a whole or not, it created a terrible first impression of the community. A leasing tour is often a prospective resident's first interaction with an apartment complex, and unfortunately this experience left us with no confidence in moving forward. I would strongly encourage management to provide additional customer service training and ensure that prospective residents are treated with basic professionalism and respect.

The office/den in our apartment was whatever temperature it was outside. The poor insulation resulted in a $360 electric bill one month in winter (it's electric heat). The gym is adequate but they do a poor job of keeping it clean and restocking the cleaning solution in the spray bottles used to wipe off equipment when you're done using it. There isn't enough parking at times and I have sometimes had to park on the opposite side of the complex from where I actually live. The rent is also slightly high, which I was fine with since I had hoped it would weed out noisy unemployeed college students (Wright State University is close by) but that was not the case. We had to break our lease because my partner got a new job in another state and they required 60 days notice plus 2 months rent. In our case, this totaled over $3,330.
