I wish I had seen how many terrible reviews this practice had before I learned first hand how awful Dr Watson is.

She included saying that they think they have determined that my portion of the co-pay would be $1400 and if I pay it all today, then they knock off 200. I did that by credit card for the air miles. Turns out I overpaid them a lot and they owe me a refund. It's July 21st, 2026 and the surgery was in March. They received payment from my insurance and cashed that check to pay for the surgery in May. I know this from all the calls I have been making and each time, they say "wait two weeks". The account has been flagged "high priority" and still not reimbursed. Myra said that they legally have up to one year to keep my deposit for the surgery. So my suggestion is do NOT pay the large deposit. Pay nothing (they ask the manager to allow that and usually do). Or pay a very, very small deposit and wait for them to bill you your copayment. Then after you pay from billing, it's done. No phone calls saying "wait two weeks" for months at a time.

When there are only two other options in town and you're used to being treated like you're a nuisance; this urgent care is a breath of fresh air. I went online in search of an appointment. Making an appointment and having all the services they provide and estimates if you're cash paying was a nice tool. Thank goodness, I have amazing benefits. Just like that I selected my time and checked in ten minutes early; easy peasy! They also have all paperwork and the insurances they accept sent to you via text. If you do this ahead of time, check in is so much quicker. Having a care provider prioritize your time is huge for me. I had a million other things to do. The care provider was thorough in her care and addressed all of my concerns. I appreciated the ladies that took care of me from check in to check out. My prescription was sent in and I picked it up an hour later. I look forward to them getting their DOT set up. I'll schedule to come here for that as well. Thanks for getting me back on track to get healthy again.

I chose not to be seen due to only a Nurse Practitioner is onsite, if I'm going to pay for a high end deductible I want to see a real doctor, MD. I have already made the mistake of having a Physician Assistant treat me to be given the wrong dose of medication. Be careful with your health.

As a result, I had to call back a second and third time. Both Lacy and Caitlyn were incredibly patient, caring, and friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, provided the information I needed, and promptly submitted a new referral so I could be seen. Our experience on the medical-surgical floor was appalling. My family member was placed in an…read moreextremely cramped room with two elderly homeless patients from a shelter who were belligerent, fighting, screaming, and yelling at staff. One used a bedside commode only inches from her bed. The environment was chaotic, frightening, and completely lacking in privacy. After we requested a different room, she was left in a public family waiting room for more than three hours. Basic requests for water and assistance with painful, bloody IVs were repeatedly ignored. Nurse Camille was rude, confrontational, and dismissive of legitimate medical concerns. When we attempted to escalate those concerns, Charge Nurse Grace supported Camille rather than helping us obtain appropriate medical attention. Most disturbing, Grace repeatedly refused and physically blocked our attempts to speak with the House Supervisor. She told us, "He will not come down for this. He is going to follow my leadership." She also responded to our concerns with, "It is what it is." A charge nurse should help patients access the appropriate chain of command--not stand in the way of it. The lack of compassion, professionalism, privacy, and concern for patient safety on this medical-surgical floor was shocking.
