The care provider (CP) I saw was attentive and listened to my needs. I explained that I didn't care for a certain type of inhaler and CP agreed. 5 mins. later CP prescribed this type of inhaler. I made a follow-up appt for a yearly exam and CP said we would go over lab results (was given a referral for this), at this time. On the day of my exam, we did not go over labs. On the clinical after notes CP stated we discussed certain health related items, which we did not. At this appt. CP said they would call with results. My results have been posted to my portal for over a week. I have emailed a few times asking for the results and have not received any return calls/messages/emails. I've sent my results to my Naturopathic Dr. for review. I am waiting for a few more tests results but have already decided I will not be returning to this practice.

Just like that I selected my time and checked in ten minutes early; easy peasy! They also have all paperwork and the insurances they accept sent to you via text. If you do this ahead of time, check in is so much quicker. Having a care provider prioritize your time is huge for me. I had a million other things to do. The care provider was thorough in her care and addressed all of my concerns. I appreciated the ladies that took care of me from check in to check out.
