Chris is The PTA and NICK is the PT TECH. The are beyond knowledgeable and right with you to make sure your doing everything right to make sure you don't exacerbate the problem. I used to live only five minutes away, but I now live about 35 minutes away--and I still choose to come here because of how well I'm treated every single time. From the moment you walk in, the young ladies at the front desk are always smiling, welcoming, and happy to assist. The staff who bring you back and get you settled into your room are just as kind, and the doctors and medical staff genuinely seem eager to listen and help. You can tell that patient care is a priority here. I was assisted by Kiersten today, and she was absolutely wonderful. She is truly in the right line of work. She didn't simply treat the immediate problem--she took the time to ask questions, research further, and try to understand the root of what was going on. She made me feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. To me, that is exactly what working in healthcare should be about: caring for people and making them feel like their concerns matter. The phone number says they are closed and hangs up on me. This place clearly needs to get their tech in order. Someone likely needed my appointment but they won't get it now. Very disappointing. Updated to three stars because I was able to outwit the unhelpful AI, get an operator and get transferred. She was very nice as was the attendant who answered at the urgent care. Good thing I am you capable enough to figure this out but the current tech used is a complete and utter failure.

The first time I drove a relative to the location when they were having an Afib (their first) episode. All of the workers were great, quick, thorough, clinical, and serious. The second visit was to seek help for this killer cold and cough that I couldn't shake...the NP easily set me on the path to recovery! Once back phlebotomist is good and quick. I learned that after 2 pm there is one phlebotomist for all patients. so if the er has patients the wait is long. why does the security guard man the reception desk? He Knows NOTHING. He cannot answer any questions and appears to have no medical office knowledge. he is not very friendly. He cannot give an estimate of wait time. I had plenty of time in waiting area to observe his interactions with pts coming and going. I have worked in medical field all of my adult life until retired. a security guard at front desk seems strange to me.

I've booked an appointment online ahead of time and have had great success with getting an appointment in a shortened booking window, aka the day before or morning of. The first appointment was after Thanksgiving 2023. Staff was super efficient and seemed to care. Sometimes during the holiday season, I've encountered gruff employees who are just over the season. But not here. Staff took their time and focused as if I was the only patient in the building. I was in and out with my appointment in record time. My second appointment was right after new years, or so I thought. I don't think I completed the appointment booking process, but staff was super kind and got me in as a walk in. She told me there were two ahead of me, so I hunkered down thinking I'd be waiting for an hour or so. Nope, 15 minutes and I was back being seen. It seemed that one lady was being trained by a guy, so my only critique would be that I was told she was training because I was certainly confused why I had two nurse people this time and only one the last time. The Nurse Practioners/Doctors I saw each time were very caring and thorough with their diagnosis/prognosis/aftercare. Would Definitely recommend this location.
