Had my BMW tinted here years ago and it was absolutely a job well done. They're meticulous and aim to get it perfect the first time. Window tinting is a pretty messy process, and they leave the cars spotless - sometimes even cleaner than when they come in. Even fast-forwarding to today, when I've got a different car with a different shop's tint job, they were able to help me out with questions and concerns I had and were nothing but friendly about it. I had the front of my new Tesla wrapped. Nice enough guys, but when I washed it the first time, I noticed 6 spots on the front, where it looked like something was under the film. Had them look at it, and they claimed it was a rock chip - I am pretty confident there where no rock chips there when i dropped it off. No recourse offered... not very impressed. read more

Had a clear bra applied by Highline thru BMW on my car a while back. Had someone accidentally tap my front bumper causing some minor tearing to the film. Wasn't sure what to expect after reading some scary reviews. But so far the experience has been good. No one took my car for a joy ride and the tint looks good and they were pretty quick at getting it done. I would use then again. I did see a very few tiny small bubbles in one location. It it still very hard to notice. But I expected some due to the hard tint challenge of my curvy window. So far pleased with the results. Just make sure to bring enough cash. read more

It's funny...in their bio, this company said they built their business on good values. In addition to that, they mentioned providing customers with personalized service and a level of quality that is unmatched. I'm a young guy and I brought in my daily driver (A 1994 325is) for a quote to have my windows tinted. I called and they said I need to bring the car in because they needed to inspect the glass on a car that old. I thought that was strange but I said okay, no problem. I bring it in and a guy walks out to my car with me. He looks it over and said, "Our manager Eric doesn't like us to work on cars like this during work hours so something like this would have to be worked on after hours". I'm thinking to myself, I'm sorry my daily driver isn't good enough for you. Perhaps my M Coupe would be sufficient? Nah, probably not since it's not a brand new car. Perhaps the M3? Nope. That's too old for you guys too. The guy ended up giving me their, we-don't-want-to-tint-it-price. It's great that you guys throw customers away because the car they brought in isn't up to your standards. I've never felt so belittled before. 1 star is .5 stars too many for this place. read more

My biggest regret this year... Discounted price = Discounted work quality The owner, Eric, talked to me about their Xpel film how great they are with heat rejection as I had them tint my windshield visor. So I decided to have them retint both of my vehicles. Both of my vehicles were tinted before by a shop that I trusted for a long time. My tints were perfectly fine, but I wanted a better heat rejection. Talked to Bobby (who was a very nice and helpful person) and told him I will bring two vehicles in and see if he can get me a good deal. Which he did. It would still cost me over $1000 for both vehicles because of the expensive tint. I was okay with it. I brought in my first vehicle, a Honda Civic, on April 26, 2016. After it was finished, there were some "miscommunications" that got me somewhat upset. But I got over it. However, I was questioning if I should bring my second vehicle in, which has an appointment in May. I inspected the tint a couple days later and found a very small dust or debris of some kind trapped in the driver window tint, which also caused a small bubble. Also some unexplainable dirt-like object stuck in between passenger side quarter window. I didn't want to go back because of the bad experience I had... But three weeks later, I decide to give them a chance to fix the problem. I spoke to Bobby and he tried to fix the issue. He squeezed the trapped air bubble to the debris on my driver window. It kind of work but I didn't like the debris trapped inside. He looked and tried to do the same thing with the passenger quarter window. It didn't work that time. So he said he would replace the film. Knowing I got a "good" deal on the expensive tint, I felt bad and offered to pay to replace the film. He said don't worry about it. At that time, I decided I would go ahead and bring my second vehicle in because Bobby took care of me. I finally got a chance to roll down my window... Well, it was not pretty. They didn't tint all the way to the edge of the windows. Once again, I was nervous if I should bring my second vehicle in. I did it anyway. I know, I feel stupid now. On May 24th, I brought my 2005 Xterra in. Tint that was on there before was perfectly fine just for the record. After I got it back, they even washed my truck! I was happy they did... But my happiness didn't last. The next day as I was inspecting the work they did, I noticed the color of the tint is different in the back windows compare to the hatch window. Also again, the passenger quarter window has some kind of debris in between the tint and glass. I thought it was old glue (Turned out it was metal scratch on the glass, confirmed by my old trusted tint shop owner) Remember I said the tint that was on there was perfectly fine? I inspected my old tint before heading over to Highline Customs. So how did the patch of scratches get on my window? No scratch before, scratch after the tint. I went back a week later to talk to Bobby about the awful tint cuttings they did, the different color of tint in the back, the old glue in tint (at the time I thought it was old glue,) and I was questioning the tint darkness (20%) because my old tint was darker and I couldn't see through the windows regardless where I park. It could be sunny, cloudy, or a shaded parking lot. I couldn't see through. Now, I can see through... Which got me thinking if they put the wrong percentage of film on by accident. So, I got Dustin at first because Bobby was busy. He was saying this is how they tint (leaving the corners untinted) so it won't peel back. He said my old tint was peeling a bit, which was a lie. I've already inspected all my tint before I went there. The "old glue" is metal scratches, turns out he was right. But they obviously scratched it since I know for a fact it wasn't there before. Claimed they used the right tint. I wasn't buying it because the tint on the hatch glass is different color than the rest of the windows and that one seems darker than others. He was busy, so I let him go. But I was unconvinced with anything he said. Bobby came back to the shop and we started talking. Knowing he was busy, I was only going to speak to him for a sec. But he took his time and look into my concerns. He said pretty much the same thing Dustin did but he wasn't short with me like Dustin. He did notice the hatch window tint is more clear than the other windows. He thought it was weird because they used the same film. He calmed me down just a bit after he cut off a small slice of tint off my hatch and the side windows. So I used them as sample film and compared them to the front windows which have 35%. The sample tint are darker. So at least now I know they didn't use the 35% tint on my rear side windows. But my concern is still there... about the half ass job they did with the tint cutting, darkness of the film, scratch on glass, and so on.. With all this, owner never came out to speak to me I'm now forced to go back to my old tint shop and retint.$$$ read more

Just got a clear bra installed on my new Sorento. Highline Customs did a great job for $100 less than the other place I was looking at in Beaverton. They did a great job and even said if I get mud splashing up in front of my rear tire, to bring it back and they will put some small pieces of film over that area to protect it for free. After the awesome customer service I received a few weeks back with my Mazda 3, I called Highline Customs to schedule an appointment for my Chevy Suburban. I have a pretty full work schedule and was having a problem finding a time slot to get in. After discussing a few options the woman on the phone asked if she could call me back with a solution. She called about 30 minutes later and asked if I could come in on the Saturday after next. That's perfect since I don't work Saturdays. I made it to my appointment and they guys pulled my Suburban right in. They were done in 30 minutes ( it was just the front side windows being tinted) and they did an outstanding job. I would have loved to match the level if tint to the back windows but don't need to risk getting a ticket for too dark of tint. I had them do 35% though and am very very happy with how it turned out. I ended up paying $20 or $40 less than what I was quoted for! My friend manages a sign and print shop in town that does work on promo cars and this is where he sends people. When I dropped the car off for the day, they had a free rental car available for me to use. I was only responsible for the gas and extra insurance if I wanted it. I had my new dodge Challengers' windows tinted for the summer, the factory tint was barely anything. It was hot and bright in the car. Anyways, I had an appt at 3:00pm and I forgot and was about a half hour late, at first they said they couldn't get me in but after talking to the guys in the back they decided to do it. After roughly an hour they were done! I've had 2 other cars done elsewhere in the past and they were not done nearly as fast as that. I do not know much about cars but recently purchased a new vehicle and wanted the rear windows tinted. I did not know where to start. Yelp led me to Highline and glad Yelp was right! Highline was great. I made an appointment about 2 weeks out. They gave me a quote which seemed very reasonable. Showed up at the appointment time, they were done in less than 90 minutes. They did a nice job, car was clean when I got it back. I waited in the lobby and used Wifi to get some work done. The guy I communicated with at the front was very nice and friendly. Great place! Tinting looks great. Highline Customs is a wonderful company! My parents have used Highline to have the windows tinted on 3 of their cars, and for the car they helped me get last year. The back driver's side window on my car was broken, leaving me to replace it with a non-tinted window. I live in Eugene for school, so when I had time, I came here to have the window tinted. It took about a half an hour, and they didn't charge me for it since they felt bad about me having to replace the broken window and what was stolen out of my car! Wonderful people. read more
