Hired this company to repair my decaying deck. Everything went well until the guy they used to do…read morealmost all of their work reattached my gutter with a reverse slope, causing the water to flow the opposite direction and actually pool instead of flow. His attempt to repair the problem made it worse, since he overtightened the through bolts that attach the gutter to the manufactured wood beam. Now the beam is starting to deform, and once they left the job MAP has completely ghosted me. They refuse to answer or return my calls. I would not recommend them for any reason at this point. In my experience, their subs will mess up the job and they won't stand behind it.

Also when asked for further details your response of "Unfortunately we do not give an itemized list as it is an expense on our part" which I wasn't asking for a full itemized lists just further details that you advised would cost you to much - Really? I think you need to understand this is our home and details for remodeling work are important right? And your not wanting to provide your proof of insurance was a little a little concerning. There was one area that did need some work on it, which they just completed. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely when finished. Like our friends that have also used Hartmann, we found their pricing to be reasonable, unlike some others quotes our friends had received from other companies. They also didn't try to get us to do more unneeded work or totally replace the roof. They said our roof should have a life expectancy of at least another five years after their repair. We will look to Hartmann in the future when we do need a new roof or repairs.
