worst place ever. i have been going to this place for years…read morebecause it was the closest place to my house despite the dryers requiring .75cents just to start and don't even dry good. today i went in walking with the family and my 2 dogs (one being a Rottweiler) i went in just to dry my work clothes last minute, my husband stayed outside with my dogs and kids while i went in to dry my clothes then stepped out side to see what was going on because my Rottweiler was barking, and when i went back in to check on my clothes i heard the owner telling another person "i dont know why they allow those kind of dogs out here" and i said "what the Rottweiler hes my dog and he's not going to do anything" and he opened hes eyes wide open and said "u sure about that i dont think so" to which i said "hes not even inside ur business there should be an issue but ill leave". It even says that on a big board inside the laundromat and that is disgusting considering you have no idea who is touching it. so I give them the 2 stars. The underwear is changed daily. The rest of the clothes are worn and reworn. Once something gets spilled on the clothes a little water and some spray and wash is spritzed onto the dirty spots and then thrown into a plastic bag. The moment our clothes are almost all gone then we stop into the laundrymat and do a couple loads of wash. Florin Launderland for the most part is very clean and the wash machines are cleaned out and seem to be maintain pretty well. Our clothes are never torn to pieces and the dryers don't fry them so we were happy washing and drying our clothes in route from Yuba City to next destination. We have stopped here several times over the years during our summer vacations.

My daughter was there with me, and we were actively using the machines and paying for our laundry. What made the situation worse is that this employee chose to approach my daughter when I was not around instead of addressing me directly. That behavior felt petty and unprofessional, and it created an uncomfortable situation for my daughter. As customers who spend roughly $200 per month there, we expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. Because of this interaction, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, this experience left such a negative impression that I will not be returning.

My only complaint is my clothes were still pretty wet. I would expect an industrial washers spin cycle to be better than mine at home. Overall though, not a bad place to do laundry.
