We had my two year old son with us and had 5 washers being occupied. we did a huge load of white towels and had 5 dryers full. spent A LOT of money washing and drying. we had confused a dryer that we were continuously adding money on to be our white clothes, and the rude lady who worked there approached us very rudely and said "why are you touching my towels, those are my towels, don't touch my towels". very hostile and absolutely uncalled for the way she approached us. this is our second time washing since being without a washer and dryer and we will no longer be going back. do not have people who are that rude working in a place that serves the public.

What completely pissed me off was that when I got back to get my clothes from the dryer, they had removed them. The mexican mopping lady who I'm not even sure works there or is contrtacted to clean. She pointed to another latino lady and said she couldnt bend down. I was 10 mins late on the clothes; I FULLY get it when its 30-40 mins passed and you have a business to run, but thats majorly jumping the gun. And it was 5-6 blankets that I prefer to fold, just crammed touching their disgusting community metal wheel thing. These two really pissed me off. In my quest for a good laundromat, I was looking for a couple of things. One that was close to home, one that I could wash all my clothing in one shot and not have to use multiple washers. One that was clean and most importantly....one that everything "worked" which I'm happy they seems to do proper maintenance on all there machines here because that was a major issues I was running into. This nice little laundromat is everthing I was looking for and then some, and the other good part, the attendants are always on hand to help if needed, something kinda rare (at least where I've been visiting) now in days. So without rambling, here is my review.. "What's special about Senor Burbujas Laundromat #2?" Well here all the washers are specific, they are organized by load size and I think that is pretty awesome especially if you're just trying to get one wash out the way without using multiple washers. They also have vending machines with snacks and stuff you may need to wash if you didn't come with any of your own. All the machines are side load, and based off your load needs, the prices range accordingly. The establishment is clean and the staff is very attentive and nice. "What you should expect...." Here you're going to come in here and know what washers to go to based off your needs and know what you're going to pay and have plenty of cart and other needed things to do your laundry at this establishment. They take coin and card payments on their machines as well as branded payments (Samsung, Google, Andriod and Apple). They also have coin machines if you decide to go that route. So here all the bases are covered. They also have tables for folding clothing and seating for wating for your laundry to be done. "Conclusion" Senor Burbujas Laundromat #2: This laundromat sits off 10th street in Downtown Pittsburg. It's in the river district so if you don't want to sit down and wait in the laundromat while your clothing is drying, you could really take a stoll downtown and explore a bit. Service: The service here is pretty great along with the machines. The few times I've needed to ask an attendant for something, the request was met with a smile. No complaints whatsoever. Price Range" Of course the price varies here, I usually got for the six load machines which goes for $8.00 or $8.50 if you opt for the extra cycle. The machines usually are a dollar per two loads here, so you could basically do the math if you visit here or another one of their locations.

All the machines were in working order and the place was nice and clean. I had no problems doing my big bedding there. It was about eight dollars for the biggest load they have and I fit my quilt comforter and sheets in that so I think it was a good value. I would definitely come back here. It's nice as far as laundromats go.

When I got to the other one I quickly realized it was a bad idea and drove right back. Luckily by now it was more empty and I was able to get my things done quickly. Everything is kept clean The dryers in the picture dry better than the other set but either way the dryers dry fast as long as you don't overload them.

These past couple experiences washing my clothes here, has been horrible . Idk what's going with…read morethe water they use to wash the clothes but lately it has been leaving my clothes smelling funkier . It smells like dirty water. The workers even acknowledged the funkier smell and has no explanation. I always use the 8 loader for about 4 loads of clothes to insure it's not being over filled. I use two cups of OxiCleanMaxx detergent. I think it's time to find a new place to go until they fix this issue . Don't waste your time or money unless you're okay with this .
