Constantly had to shift the comforters around so the washer wasn't uneven then again in the dryer so they would be throughly dried. The facility is practically spotless clean, employees are constantly cleaning and extremely helpful, a variety of sizing for washers and dryers, and vending machines that have detergent/softeners to purchase in case you forget yours. Yes, there's a vending machine for drinks and snacks too! :) Payment options can either be cash, credit card, and tap to pay. Based on my experience you pay for the wash and drying is free. I only saw when adding special types of drying like anti-wrinkle and another option it was starting at .$25. My Laundry Spot will be my new spot on the monthly for these!

If you don't want to wait inside, there are two coffee houses across the street to grab a cup: Freeport Bakery and Coffee Fish.

The customer service was absolutely horrible from the three ladies working the closing shift on Friday, July 17, 2026. One employee in particular, who had blonde highlights and was wearing biker shorts, made my visit extremely frustrating. I asked if she could remove a small abandoned load from one of the large washers because I needed it to wash my blankets before the last wash at 8:30 p.m. (the laundromat closes at 10:00 p.m.). She told me it belonged to another customer who was waiting for free dryers, which turned out not to be true. I even took a picture showing the small load had been left sitting in the large washer. Instead of helping, she made it difficult for me to get my blankets washed before the last wash time. When I questioned the situation, she became rude and even used profanity, telling me I should have "fing* taken the load out myself." I asked for her name so I could report the incident, but she refused to give it to me. I wasn't the only one who noticed the poor customer service. Several customers commented that something seemed off with the three ladies working that night because of how rude they were. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Management needs to address the behavior of these employees and hire staff who treat customers with respect.

Explained to us that if we get the app and leave a review, that we'd be credited one free wash and I believe it was $5 for leaving a Yelp review. I asked if they had a sink for me to wash my hands and she unlocked the employees only restroom for me. I don't think it's open to patrons though, which is unfortunate. They start closing off one side around 8:15pm so you only have the other side plus the dryers until they close at 10pm. Reloading the card was a little annoying since we weren't sure how much we'd need as we didn't want to overload, but taking a quick look at how much each machine would cost and predicting how many you'd need to use would help.

The only issue I had was with the posted hours. There is a sign that clearly says "Last Load at 9:30 PM," while the actual closing time is 11:00 PM. I walked in at 9:26 PM, expecting to still be able to start a load. When I was told they were already closed, I pointed out that the sign clearly says the last load is at 9:30 PM. Instead of explaining the situation, the employee rolled her eyes, said "okay," walked away, and then said "oh my god." I found the interaction unnecessary and unprofessional, especially since I was simply pointing out what the posted sign says. I understand that employees may need time to close up, but if 9:30 PM is posted as the last load time and 11:00 PM is the actual closing time, customers should be able to start a load before 9:30 PM. Other than this experience, everything has been great. I just hope they either honor the posted last-load time or update the signage, and that customers are treated a little more respectfully when asking about it.
