"Senor Burbujas Laundromat #2" Well, this establishment has gone through ownership change a while back and it's still listed under the previous business name, but I assure you that the current name is "Senor Burbujas" and it's up and running. In my quest for a good laundromat, I was looking for a couple of things. One that was close to home, one that I could wash all my clothing in one shot and not have to use multiple washers. One that was clean and most importantly....one that everything "worked" which I'm happy they seems to do proper maintenance on all there machines here because that was a major issues I was running into. This nice little laundromat is everthing I was looking for and then some, and the other good part, the attendants are always on hand to help if needed, something kinda rare (at least where I've been visiting) now in days. So without rambling, here is my review.. "What's special about Senor Burbujas Laundromat #2?" Well here all the washers are specific, they are organized by load size and I think that is pretty awesome especially if you're just trying to get one wash out the way without using multiple washers. They also have vending machines with snacks and stuff you may need to wash if you didn't come with any of your own. All the machines are side load, and based off your load needs, the prices range accordingly. The establishment is clean and the staff is very attentive and nice. "What you should expect...." Here you're going to come in here and know what washers to go to based off your needs and know what you're going to pay and have plenty of cart and other needed things to do your laundry at this establishment. They take coin and card payments on their machines as well as branded payments (Samsung, Google, Andriod and Apple). They also have coin machines if you decide to go that route. So here all the bases are covered. They also have tables for folding clothing and seating for wating for your laundry to be done. "Conclusion" Senor Burbujas Laundromat #2: This laundromat sits off 10th street in Downtown Pittsburg. It's in the river district so if you don't want to sit down and wait in the laundromat while your clothing is drying, you could really take a stoll downtown and explore a bit. Service: The service here is pretty great along with the machines. The few times I've needed to ask an attendant for something, the request was met with a smile. No complaints whatsoever. Price Range" Of course the price varies here, I usually got for the six load machines which goes for $8.00 or $8.50 if you opt for the extra cycle. The machines usually are a dollar per two loads here, so you could basically do the math if you visit here or another one of their locations. read more

The lady with the blond hair is very annoying. Also one time I asked to use the bathroom and she said it was out of order . A few minutes later another lady walks in . (I assume it was a friend of hers) and let her use the restroom in front of my face . I thought it was messed up how she denied the restroom to me read more

I mean, it's a laundromat so it is what it is, but here are some issues. - machines don't let you use change so you have to use a credit card or debit card, which would be fine if the tap function work which they don't. So you have to slide your card over and over and over and over and it still sometimes won't read the card at all. - biggest issue for me is the attendant at night. She's rude and always in your business, and is super bossy about how you use the machines. Is she the owner? I don't understand why anyone who is paid to be an attendant would be so annoying with customers. It's not that serious. She reminds me of the annoying Karens that follow you around the store cause they think you're going to steal something. As I'm writing this, she's wiped down the same table in front of me twice. She just likes gossiping and being in peoples business I guess. No bathrooms either. Don't even bother asking cause you'll be told no. I give them 2 stars instead of 1 cause it's close to my home. Fix the problems with your debit cards and hire a more friendly attendant who isn't always in customers grill. read more

We came here during President's holiday and we found a lot of available machines. They accept credit and debit cards on top of the usual coins. The place is clean and close to a market and Mexican restaurant. Its part if the downtown area and the post office is one block away. The area looks safe. read more

This is my first time at the place, I used the 8 load washer for $8, they had the option to use debit card. Do I did just checked my bank. Why did they charge me $15 I've been trying to call. I'm going to check back tomorrow incase it's like gas stations they charge more then settle the balance but I've been calling the number no answer. I put .75 cents for 12 minutes of dry time. I usually do laundry at the facilities at my apartment complex which is way more affordable, but because I had very large loads of laundry and for the sake of getting it done quickly, I opted to do laundry here. Since I have done laundry here in the past. I decided to come back again. It was very warm out and the doors were wide open. It was excruciatingly hot inside and the fans were on very low. I asked the attendant if the fans could be turned on higher, she said no. I told her she needed to let her boss know that it's swelteringly hot in there and the fans need to be turned on higher. She didn't respond and looked at me as if I insulted her. . Periodically The water is shut off and the business is closed. The price of drying has increased significantly also! If you want to contact a manager, the attendant seems to be instructed to not give their number out, but they will take your information and return you call. Don't recall that happening. I now remember why I hadn't been there in about a year. There were signs up stating that masks were required and that the rule would be enforced... but it was not. Seems like this business like many others, don't really care about retaining customers. They only goal is to gauge their customers for money and care very little for the amenities of this location or customer service. On a better note, the place is kept very clean, but that's should be expected. read more

This laundromat is good. A tad overpriced comparing it to others, but the wash and dry is great. During the wait, I just used my phone, because magazines are boring and TV is suoer small; just for kids I believe. I would return again :) read more

Today is Sunday, January 7, 2018. I am a regular customer here and so is my son and his family. Today I found the place to be a filthy mess. Garbage all over the floors, machines dirty and cluttered on top. Most disturbing is that there was a group of young men smoking weed inside. The whole place stunk. Cleanest laundromat ever. I've been coming here for about 3 yrs, every time I come in there is someone sweeping, wiping, keeping everything in order. I've never seen the quarter machine broken or empty; washing machines are always in good repair. The main woman who keeps the place going is always pleasant, she's even done a bit too much and helped me take remove my clothing from the dryer...she had good intentions but I really didn't want her touching all my undergarments, etc. read more

Here for the first time. Out of towners just needed to get our clothes clean. The environment is super clean and family friendly! When you bring your kids in they have a station just for them to play. I spoke with the manager at the time and just asked one question. He answered with no hesitation and a smile on his face. Very clean laundry mat. I have been going here the last 2 years and it's great. I've only had trouble with the large washer when the seal didn't set and it started leaking!! Otherwise (I use the large washer often with no problem) it's a great facility. Plus, I can grab some tacos next door during my washing! read more

This is an update - came here for the first time in March. Was impressed because the sweet woman working here is the absolute best. The man they have now is horrid. Rude, & wouldn't let me wash my clothes at 9:07pm, when the doors say they close doors at 10. Change your sign to closed if you're closed. That's all anyone can ask for. After my washer broke down, I spent 5 consecutive Sundays doing my family's laundry at la Marina Laundromat. The facility and machines were top notch, very clean and efficient. Service was ALWAYS very helpful, available and constantly cleaning-cleaning-cleaning! Prices were very competitive as well (based on a previous washer/dryer problem) if not better than anywhere else I have gone. Also - and very critical in my view - I felt very safe there. Cameras, security were VERY APPARENT! I will CONTINUE to go back to la Marina Laundromat for large items, rugs, pillows - they were really, really great! read more

Very Clean Laundromat. Huge machine that do 8 loads at once..YAY!

I absolutely LOVE this Laundromat. I first came here a few months ago after my washing machine broke. I hadn't been to a Laundromat in decades and didn't really know how to do anything. Lucky for me there is a wonderful woman and her husband who are caretakers here, and from what I gather, are almost always on site. She guided me through the process, and damn near did my laundry for me. The next week, my new washer was delivered, and I hate it. It is one of the high efficiency ones that take over an hour to do a load. So I still find myself going to La Marina, just to save myself time. I can do 3 or 4 loads in one machine, and the load takes 26 minutes. Some important pluses: their change machine actually works!; you can park right near the door; everything about the place is spotless; the caretakers are constantly checking to make sure that the machines are in working order. There are no minuses at all. :) read more
