This is the only place I'm aware of in the Yuba Sutter area that has climate controlled units available. You have to ask for that, they have non climate controlled storage as well. Really decent pricing, and Chelsea has been great! I feel like less of a number at this place, and I've had other storage units for years. I never would have given this storage a second look, but I'm a lot happier with the climate control and the service. The standard insurance policy is a nice touch too, with options to increase the policy coverage if needed. Highly recommend!

We called and left several messages and waited for over an hour. It is not worth to storage your stuffs here when you can't enter the facility on the weekend. They closed Saturday and Sunday! We live two hours away and it's waste our time to come here and U-Haul we rented for nothing. Their quote said Try us first! Our recommendation to try other storage facility, not here.
