The motor went bad in Florida in February. We were instructed where to take the truck for repairs in Florida. (Not by Halls Bridge Automotive.) The motor was replaced. We made it home, after paying the shop. I took the truck to Halls Bridge Automotive when we got home to have them check the work that was done in Florida. Not only was the work done poorly but the motor that the other shop put in was bad. Halls Bridge Automotive not only replaced the bad motor but they did not charge for it because it was warranty. They even detailed the truck. As a small business owner myself, I truly appreciate what they did. They have a customer for life. I have and will continue to refer people there. They went well beyond what any other shop would have to done.

I have had a bit of experience dealing elsewhere with shops similar to Stan and LouAnn's…read more'Stananco'. It was usually a 50/50 chance of: a) actually fixing the problem, and b) getting it done for a fair price. I have purchased several pieces of equipment from Stananco. Each and every time, no matter who helped me (usually Stan himself), I was given their full, undivided attention. All questions (some pretty dumb) were answered fully, respectfully and with a smile. Zero pressure to buy--- alternatives were always presented, some more expensive, some less. Prices for their equipment are probably the usual prices you would find at other decent shops. However, I have had all of the equipment serviced by them, and they have always done a fantastic job, for very fair prices, sometimes with a little 'extra' thrown in unexpectedly. They are fast, and keep you informed. No issues, no drama, no stories. All of their staff are professional and friendly. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends without hesitation.

I arrived before 8am and by 5pm they provided the excuse that they didn't have time to even look at it. Why in the world would you advise the customer to schedule the service, plead to give the shop 2 weeks to honor the commitment and then NOT honor it at all and provide no real reason out side of BAD MANAGEMENT. If you cannot honor a scheduled service then why would anyone allow you to work on their vehicle. Great opportunity to open another auto shop in Jackson, HUGE demand.
