Angels in a tow truck. I recently dealt with a car issue that left me on the side of the highway in a panic. Being an anxious, late in life driver, this was the last place I wanted to be or needed to be. Realizing that I didn't have roadside in my insurance plan, I did what any adult would do... I called my daddy. Although he's states away in Texas, we both worked together to find a tow truck and figure out my next move. (Honestly, he did most of the work while I stressed) Soon I received a text from my dad letting me know that I'd be receiving a call soon. When the phone rang, I was connected with Donna the dispatcher who gave me the heads up that her team would be on their way soon. I won't lie, it wasn't a super short wait in time or in my mind. But, it happens! At some point, a nice southern gentleman pulled over to help and actually towed me off of the highway just so I'd feel a bit safer. (Another angel because it was so dangerous out there!) Just a few minutes after I was rescued from the side of the highway I got a call from the towing team looking for me. My dad had made it very clear where I should be so I think they were a bit concerned when I wasn't in place. They met me at the gas station and it was such a quick process getting my car on the flatbed and my dog & I in the cabin. I'm so upset with myself that I don't remember the names of the two sweethearts that picked me up, I was so frantic and frustrated from the morning. But they brought me so much peace! We talked the entire 15min+ ride about the car issues, our love for our dogs and the amazing philanthropy projects they have approaching and how each of their trucks is in honor of a special cause. We got to the dealership safely and they made the pass off so smooth. Having to get a tow truck is never a fun situation I think, but it's much better when the folks behind the wheel are kind. Great service, tray came to pick up my corvette. Loaded it and drop it off with ease. I would recommend them

If I could leave less then 1 Star I would. I called them yesterday to give me a jump. They came out and hooked up a "charger" left it on for maybe a minute. Said battery was fine it's my starter asked to do it again. Once again left it on this time for maybe 30 seconds. Said the same thing bad is fine, keep this in mind on the phone said they couldn't tell if a cell is bad. Again they said the starter is bad. A few hours later got a jump from a friend. Let it charge for about 5 mins car started right up. Went to O' Reily's ran all the test starter passed. Battery was leaking something that was pointed out. So got a new battery (old battery was 4 years old) and it started right up with no issues. It's still starting this morning. I called twisted hook this morning. I was informed that basically that's what was said by the dudes that come out is right, and they don't do refunds. So I wasted 45$ (cash by the way and didn't get a receipt) for them to come out for lousy service. read more

Labour day weekend and an hour plus wait. Professional and polite. Every second they videoed and photoed the car. Took extra care . Is how we felt. Brought the car to the house and looked for lines and wires. Caution and safety was a major concern. While talking and unloading, it's amazing the hours they work with such excitement still in their voices. Sure can tell they love their jobs and enjoy the people they meet and the vehicles they help. I called my insurance company roadside for a tow from my house to the repair shop just across town. Anyway the young guy gets here and claimed he could not use the winch.... ummmm how are you going to use the rollback without a winch?!?! My truck was sitting in my wide open front yard, he even had full permission to use the neighbors yard and driveway to get a good angle. But no, this a**hole says "oh you'll just have to push it by yourself into the street so I can get it hooked up" I kid you not I was baffled at his lack of experience. I myself repossessed vehicles and operated wreckers of all kind including a rollback. This was a simple job. Any tow truck driver should have been able to hook this and be gone in 5 minutes max. Needless to say I will never recommend this company, nor use yall myself. If you got a young man like this guy you need to train him in all situations. BTW, other company was here in 15 minutes and hooked it and rolled on out with no problem whatsoever!! DO BETTER read more

These guys are awesome. Exceptional customer service and more. The and more is I had a tractor broken down in a small valley and twigs brush and small trees basically grew around the tractor. Chris the tow truck driver went beyond by using his huge machete looking knife and cut the brush away to make a path for his tow truck to get down the slope close enough to the tractor to haul it out load it up and get up and out that small valley. Now if that isn`t customer service at it`s greatest then I don`t know what is. I recommend these guys 100% for all your towing needs. The guys at twisted hook are truly amazing. After we got into a car accident, Mercedes sent out twisted hook to pick us up. They took great care of our car but also took great care of us in the process. These guys know what they're doing, but are also genuinely great people. I was extremely frazzled and still in a little bit of shock when they picked us up, but they were patient and understanding, and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend twisted hook and if I ever needed a towing service again near their area, they will definitely be the company I call. In such an unfortunate situation like a car accident, the people helping you out can really make an impact on you. We are thankful that the Twisted Hook guys made such a positive impact on us.
